First Week of 2012 and We Already Putting It Down Like a Boss In This Ish..

As soon as that 2012 ball dropped in Times Square, I finished up the spumante and orange juice chaser, kissed my lady and went to the office to start putting it in that night for my people, for the hoods around the world and for the next generations of brothas and sistas coming up in this world. I can’t predict how 2012 is going to end up but I’m going damn sure try to make this year mines and yours.

Here is just a sample of things we can produce for you the work being put in the first week of 2012. In the first week, we have begun work on the Locations and Business Model Wiki, we are about to micro-fund our first of many emerging economy ventures outside of America and you are about to get a peek of the leak that tells you what’s about to go down.

We have started our geo-intelligence collection of business models and in less than a week, we have nearly 100 business models we recorded and is currently scouring worldwide at commercial zones. The picture above is from Sydney, Australia and you see a dog photography studio. These are the business models we catalog for the hood because a dog photography studio as well as a dog grooming salon are stuff Black people spend big money on but these services are not in the hood and don’t take much to start up, even an ex-con can set this ish up.

So I don’t know what some of these other cats been doing since Sunday but we been working Chicago,New York,Toronto, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia from our office chairs like these Air Force armchair pilots killing cats worldwide with UAV Predator drones from their office in Las Vegas. And we are getting data and got information to take it to the next level and help brothas and sistas get real and creative ideas to start something up in the hood.

That’s the first week and we ain’t even close because you know we haven’t even list stuff like micro-brewery or selling live fish, scaled and cut to order. Me and my people are excited because we getting out there and seeing how the hood is setup all around the world and we even probably running up on your old block collecting data while you act like your hood is all that homey. But we going to have some real results from this work and real information we can start coming back home and do for our hoods and our people.

Micro-Fund Our First Venture In an Emerging Economy

Two people inspired me and my people to move forward with helping our people and that was Ed Hopkins who was around when this blog first started in 2006 and stated that even the absolute worse off African-American is doing better than 90% of all Black people worldwide. This is not only a profound statement but the truth. Even someone who is marginalized, on welfare has enough education to teach someone else and when you teach others, it reinforce who you are a person and reinforce your knowledge once you transfer it to someone else.

The second person is Francesca Conate and she is such an awesome person for her love of creating economic empowerment for those in Africa and throughout the Africa Diaspora. She was the one indirectly getting me to look more into micro loans and also collaboration with people worldwide to come up with diverse solutions for the African Diaspora. So these are the two people that made me and my people realize what little we got can go a long way for someone else in this world and going to commit to it.

But there is a third person who really inspired us and that person was Mohamed Bouazizi in 2009, ran a fruit cart in Tunisia but after the authorities arrested him and took his source of revenue from him, he set himself on fire at a protest and this tragedy sparked off the Arab Spring revolution. Everywhere I go in this world especially with emerging and the hungry youth worldwide, they want to start a business, even a simple business and I know even someone like me can help in a big way.

In the first week of 2012, we have already identified where we going to make our first micro-fund contribution to help someone launch their own business in an emerging nation. This is not a loan and we want this person or people we helping to keep in touch so we can help them and also learn from the experience so we can help others in an improved fashion. We will announce this once the details been worked out.

Do not come to me or this blog talking some ish about we need to help our own people first because most of you cats don’t even add comments when I write about business in the Black community so go somewhere with that crap. Brothas and sistas need to step the heck up and start helping cats trying to come up and become leaders in this global economy. Oprah started a school but it don’t take you much to start up a virtual school or e-learning DVDs that you can ship out to Africa with a television set as courseware to help kids learn math – you can do that ish yourself right here and right now if you really want to.

The Leak

Yes, you have to look closer at what you see because once you realize what you see, then you will noticed that we are getting ready for 2012. This has been discussed for quite some time about the upcoming retail solution for the hood and you are looking at a leak photo of the prototype in action.

Yes, that’s appears to be the Manager Console for the ESB-based retail solution that will allow brothas and sistas to quickly setup pop-up stores and retail outlets in our hoods. In addition, it should be very obvious this is not some cheap quality design because I’m the real deal. This application was specifically designed for the hood and designed with the upmost quality to deliver the goal of economic empowerment in our communities through helping entrepreneurs get ramped up fast to conduct transactions.

Expect to hear more about this in the first or second quarter of 2012 and the only thing you can see right now is the reality that we are not playing around and putting in real work this way.

We Going To Make 2012 Work for Us, God Willing

As you see in the first week of 2012, we have been putting in work and dedicated to showing real results from real execution. You know these other cats are just on some same ish, different day talking and running off at the mouth and ain’t going to take any step forward. You guys know me and know I will go out there and take chances like I did with Liquiditi last year. No one of my caliber will ever sit in a kiosk on the streets of Atlanta being harassed by stinky homeless cats and selling bottled water to everyday people walking down the street – that should let you know what kind of person I am and I’m true to this.

I really hope I’m showing you cats through my own actions we can make stuff happen for us if we put in the work and keep pushing. To be honest, if you don’t put in any work in 2012, then you are just as guilty as all these phony brothas and sistas who think they status quo but ain’t doing a damn thing for our people to help us elevate and empower ourselves.

Real talk, let go paper chase, make stacks, double down on our hustle and do this ish and show these cats we some bosses in this ish. Don’t let 2012 go by and we are no better because all cats did was talk ish and listen to other cats talk ish and nothing been done. Let’s be the change we been waiting for and do what it takes to make something happen, especially for the brothas and sistas coming up in this world. This whole 2012 is dedicated to them and these other young cats worldwide coming up and me and the 30 Rotten Dissidents are going to try our best to give the next generation to build upon or die trying in the process, just watch.
