Why do African-Americans have trouble doing business with one another? Why can’t we support Black-owned businesses and why can’t Black-owned businesses treat Black consumers with dignity and respect? Why can’t we progress economically and still stuck at the merchant class level? These are the questions we are still asking in 2013.

In this article, you and I are going to look at the real reason why brothas and sistas cannot work together. The reason has nothing to do with slavery time or some past event because right here, right now the majority of Black people just don’t want to support each other in business. The truth is African-American culture has never embraced positive communication techniques and the negative way we talk to each other and treat each other is what holding us back from progress as Black people.

We are going to discuss the problem and solution of how Black people talk to each other, how Black businesses advertise to Black people, how our Black media communicate to a Black audience and how Black retailers in the Black community operates to their Black consumers. The goal of this article is to help brothas and sistas confront the reality African-Americans do not treat each other right when it comes to business. Then we need to talk about the solution which is treating each other with dignity and respect to make positive economic growth a reality.

How We Talk to Each Other

Just a little background – a lot of brothas and sistas are quietly mad knowing we are outsourcing our Black empowerment efforts to Southeast Asia. Everything is actually going better than expected regarding the work and research, oh I just had to rub it in, huh?

Just recently, I was reminded why I made that decision to deal with cheap wage Asians over Blacks when it comes to Black empowerment and don’t regret it one bit. I was talking to this brotha online about a topic I know about and he was putting out flawed information. Do you know that brotha got confrontational and was more interested in keeping his pride intact? That’s why I cannot work with my own Black people to make Black people better and have to outsource the work overseas.

Black people have two serious communication problems that is holding ourselves back and we cannot work with each other. The first problem is Black people have a personal ego and will defend their personal ego at any cost, even when they wrong. The ego of a Negro is the more self-destructive than anything on this planet to Black people. You cannot advise or consult a person who got an ego and that person will let their ego take over when you try to talk or reason to them – this is the #1 reason cats get shot in the hood because two cats can’t drop their ego.

The second problem is Black people have opinions, strong opinions and want you to validate their opinion to stroke their ego. These Black people don’t have facts, these Black people don’t have logic or understanding, these Black people ust have a damn opinion and want you to respect their personal opinion than find common ground based on facts. They don’t care about the fact President Obama ain’t doing much for Black people; these Black people opinion is they love President Obama and you better not disrespect our Black President!

This is why we can’t work together as Black people because cats care about their ego and opinion more than what’s real. When someone is busy defending their ego, they only think about themselves and say dumb ish like “do you, I do me” and don’t realize what they are actually saying. Our people are doomed and we will never get better as a people if Black people cannot stop defending their ego and seeking validation of their opinion.

The solution is Black people have to separate themselves from the mental basket case Blacks out there seeking validation of their opinion or need to have their ego stroked. We have to focus on STEM discipline and stay loyal to facts and allow the truth to be the mutual ground everybody can agree on. There is no agree or disagree or debating on facts like Black people need our own media networks, the real discussion is what steps to take to make a Black media channel.

When it comes to taking action, we always see some Black fool come around saying we need to do this first or do that first before working towards a goal. This cats be saying we cannot build Black businesses in our community until everybody read Dr. Claude Anderson Powernomics or 37 Laws of Power or some BS like that. See these are the cats we need to kick off the bus and instead focus on real action towards our goals and I think that is the real communication we send to each other where actions speak louder than words.

How Black Business Advertise

Black business owners like to run their business from their personal ego perspective and they also advertise to Black folks in the same way. So it should not be surprising to see Black businesses advertising in a way that is condescending towards their own people. You see a Black-owned car dealership with the Black owner all in the ad acting like they making money and you supposed to admire and kiss up to them and just give them your $30,000 at their car dealership. No, if you spending $30,000 then that Black car dealership supposed to kiss your Black behind and they better work hard for your money to break that kind of bread off with them.

Another problem with Black businesses is they really focus hard on non-scientific impression marketing which is basically the same as fronting. In impression marketing, cats think because they got a fancy brand name or a slogan or a cute logo or nice office location that those things will lead to sales. See, cats be thinking all backwards where you look good before you get the money! I really don’t know where the hell anybody Black got the thought that if you got a marketing tagline, brothas and sistas will automatically buy whatever you got to offer.

So what Black businesses like to do is talk down to Black customers in their advertising like they stupid and Black people know full well they can get that same product/service from outside the community for cheaper. Black businesses like to advertise some white label reseller crap or some Chinese made stuff and act like they marketing something unique to the Black community. See, they want to think brothas and sistas are stupid when they advertise generic stuff anybody can get wholesale and then these Black businesses get mad when you call them out on it.

Another thing is Black businesses probably never advertise any sales or discounts to the Black community. Black businesses act like they should charge full price and Black people should support them and pay full price when the big box store down the way have that same item for at least 35% less. So what happens is Black business don’t advertise effectively and Black consumers do not patronage their business and then Black business want to complain Black consumers do not support them.

Black business need to realize they have to compete with everybody else for the Black consumer and is not entitled to the Black consumer. Also, the Black consumer is not stupid and is very savvy and use mobile shopping as well as mobile coupons and other forms of sales like regular coupons to shop. Black people are Groupon biggest group of customers if I remember. So it is absolutely stupid of any Black business to not realize they have to use coupons and other sales technique to get business from the Black consumer.

So the solution is for Black business to stop this ignorant ego and impression based advertising and start using marketing techniques that allow metrics to be captured like the number of downloaded coupons, the number of click through and stuff like that. The Black consumer is not some idiot and Black businesses can’t be trying to shuck and jive them because they will spend their $1 trillion in spending power somewhere else. Learn how to create digital coupons, do Groupons, have sales and loyalty coupons that is in the 21st century and use mobile phones.

But most important, treat the Black consumer with dignity and respect and show a positive portrayal of Black consumers in advertising and make them the center, not the Black business owner. Also, Black business need to invest real money in advertising and start paying real money giving creative cats in the Black community jobs to create print ads, video advertisement and digital signage display. When Black people see a Black business taking Black advertising seriously, then both Black businesses and Black consumers will be on the same page.

How Black Media Communicate

Existing Black media is doom for failure the way they market and communicate to Black people. Black media continue to market in an uppity manner towards their own Black audience and expect that same Black audience to pay for their media when there are so much media alternatives out there. All of these elitists lists like the Top 100 Negroes when the editorial staff is a bunch of broke ass content writers who couldn’t make it in any other career field.

But there is the other flip of the coin, the so-called Black nationalists or cats talking about Hidden Colors be straight lying and exaggerating about Black people and lying about our Black History! These cats feel they need to lie to Black people to grab their attention and that’s a lot of these fake pro-Black Facebook groups out there. These kooky characters will outright pick up one of these old pseudo-Black History books from the last century and straight post up a lie about Cleopatra being a Black woman and be straight in denial African-Americans don’t have anything to do with East Africa and we from West Africa.

So Black media is either condescending or lying to the Black audience and that is how Black media communicate. But again, Black media then show only negativity with the negative Black radio stations that are worse than any BET or other networks. Your local Black radio is the worse because now they are syndicated shows that does not have any local connection to the local community. That means they got a comedian cracking jokes instead of having a morning interview with a local Black author who just released their e-book and want to discuss the topic on the radio, see the opportunities being lost?

Then Black media outright tell a bold lie saying negative music sells – no it doesn’t and it never had. The only thing that sells is good music, plain and simple. Either further, positive music sells and have a longer lifespan than all of the negative music and acts out there. Let’s also remember Oprah Winfrey already outdid both BET and TV One for Black ratings by remaining positive while BET and TV One focused on negative media programming. So we already know positive Black media sells and existing Black media that focus on hating their own people for a few bucks.

The solution is to create Black media that is both solution-based and designed for brothas and sistas. We have to start creating content that show how to solve problems in the Black community and do it in a way that is entertaining – this is what Oprah Winfrey has done so well with her channel. But we can go a step further and do like the Japanese and Korean media and start showing exactly how to create business models and make things like opening a business exciting, Black people traveling exciting. We don’t have to be all Boule about it – show real Black folks doing it.

And start showing real Black folks like they some cats from 36th and Michigan Avenue in Chicago and ish. No more of this light-skinned only crap the Boule Black media is about. We need to show brothas and sistas and make cats look at close to real Black people and doing real Black stuff. Another thing that is a problem is these existing Black media act like things are beneath them like seeing a brotha take out a title loan..I had to take out payday loans and title loans in my lifetime and not ashamed to admit that. So having real Black media showing real Black life and promoting positivity is how we can improve Black media overall and attract customers to watch ads and buy products.

What Will It Take to Change Now?

Now that we discuss the real reason why brothas and sistas cannot work together and identified it is the way we communicate among ourselves, how do we get better? How do we implement action other than just talking all the time? To make things better and better for our people, we can start taking the following steps:

Stand Behind Brothas and Sistas Starting Businesses. We should encourage brothas and sistas with positive messages of support. I would like someone to start a Facebook/Instagram group that announce the launch of real Black businesses (not that MLM/reseller crap) and let brothas and sistas take a picture of it so we all can post positive messages and congratulations.

Create Better Marketing. Start creating advertising that is positive and customer-orientated and not ego-driven by the Black business owner. No one cares to hear a business say they are Black-owned, what they care to hear is a person cares to open up shop in the Black community and serve Black people who live there with products/services Black people want and demand.

Create Positive Black Media. We have too much negative Black media ran by some so-called elitist Boule or whatever and need to kick those clowns to the curve and create positive portrayal of our people. We need to reject the notion about negative Black media sells and stop letting people tell us that goddamn lie when no one put in the hard work to do right by our people in the media industry. Positive Black media will result in having positive advertising and positive customer reaction and better economic activity.

By creating positive, reinforcing communication and media within the Black community, I believe change will come sooner than expected where we learn to start working with each other, have respect for each other and portray ourselves in a more positive light.

Many brothas and sistas claiming they about the hood, empowering the community and doing for self. Well, you will learn quickly a lot of these fake cats are about doing for self at the expense of exploiting their own people. I remember listening to some cat running his mouth about opening up a WIC store in the hood as his way of doing for self and the community and sometimes, you need to let people talk to figure out where they coming from. But I realized there may be a bigger opportunity for a store in the hood and that is a UnionPay store.

In this article, let’s discuss doing business in the hood with the WIC store model versus the UnionPay store model. I believe what you will discover from this comparison is the difference between Black people who want to exploit our community versus people who want to empower our community with economic development. The goal is to help brothas and sistas gain insight and see who real and who fake about this Black empowerment ish.

WIC Store

A WIC store is a store that was designed around the US Government WIC and Food Stamp program. There are other slang words like SNAP and stuff like that but overall, these stores are designed for women on welfare to shop using their welfare benefits. So basically, these stores basically look at what is required to be a WIC authorized store in their state, carry the stuff like milk and bread that is required to be a WIC store and open their doors for business.

You would think that these WIC stores are good as they are designed to help the single moms in the hood on welfare how to maximize spending their money and provide information on how to feed their child and keep them healthy. Or they would sell fresh fruits and vegetables and have recipes geared towards low-income single moms to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle in the hood. That is what you think a WIC store would do if a brotha or sistas setup shop in the hood.

Actually, most of the brothas and sistas who setup WIC stores in the hood are basically trying to overcharge poor single moms and take all the money they can out of these single mothers welfare benefits. The dead giveaway is you talk to these cats and they will say the following – the women shouldn’t have a problem spending more on a gallon of milk because that WIC stuff is not their money. That’s when you know you dealing with a low-life scumbag who is basically trying to bloodsuck the poor Black community with their WIC store crap.

No, these cats are not selling healthy food to single mothers; these exploitative brothas and sistas are selling high markup items from the WIC store to get as much profits as they can. Then they try to remain close to housing projects and other poor urban areas to take advantage of single moms already struggling to make ends meet. They are not doing anybody in the community a favor and pretty much say things like come in, get your stuff, pay with your vouchers and get the heck out. Yeah, that’s how they doing WIC stores in the hood.

Recently, the government has been cracking down on WIC stores and it was discovered most of the WIC store owners would pay out 25 cents on a dollar cash and then claim that WIC money was spent on food and try to get cash. So when you hear someone talk about a WIC store, raise one eyebrow higher than the other and just keep in mind their target audience are poor Black women with government vouchers and have no true regard to helping these poor single moms maximize their benefits to properly feed poor Black kids in the Black community.

UnionPay Store

UnionPay became the largest payment card issuer in the world bigger than both Visa and MasterCard within months of launch. Based in China, UnionPay is now accepted worldwide just like Visa and MasterCard and this allow the new money Chinese to travel and spend worldwide. In addition, China is now the world largest source of tourism and spend hundreds of billions annually and right now, everybody in the damn world is trying to attract these Chinese tourist to their area to spend money – except African-Americans.

““Every year, tens of millions of tourists from all over the world come and visit America. And the more folks who visit America, the more Americans we get back to work. We need to help businesses all across the country grow and create jobs; compete and win. That’s how we’re going to rebuild an economy where hard work pays off, where responsibility is rewarded, and where anyone can make it if they try,” said President Obama.”

According to the US Department of Commerce, Chinese spend an average of $6,000 while they are tourists. And Chinese love going to large cities dominated by African-Americans and unless you are living under a rock, you should noticed this by now. Cats from China be all on the train talking and saying the word that sound like “nega” all the time. I was on the train here in Atlanta and it was this group of cute Chinese girls and all they talking saying “nega, nega, nega” all the time and the Black riders had funny looks on their faces, lol!

African-Americans should consider a strategy to attract Chinese money coming into their community as well as every other group out there in the world. A UnionPay store is a store that accept UnionPay as well as the Chinese Yuan. This is a store that caters to the Chinese tourists and visitors to the Black community and provide everything in their language and sell African-American products and services to the Chinese tourists.

Instead of creating a bunch of retail stores in the hood to sell gym shoes and cheap clothing to broke cats in the hood, we redesign stores in our hood to be upscale and cater to the Chinese consumer market. We build and manufacturer African-American made goods and sell them in our stores and target the Chinese who bring their $6,000 to spend in our communities.

Brothas can sell urban wear like custom t-shirts to the Chinese consumers to wear back when they get home and brag they got it from a Black hood in the USA. Sistas can make handbags and heels designed for Chinese women and they bring that back bragging a sista who is a popular designer made their shoes. And you know what will happen next huh?

The next thing that happens is the Chinese market want to buy African-American made goods created in our community, bringing money into our hoods, creating jobs in our hoods. This is an important lesson in economic development we Black people don’t focus on but we got to learn to start importing customers from all over the world to spend money on us so we can export goods and services from our hood. You go anywhere around the world and cats be having signs in English and trying to cater to American tourist – well, American cats are out of style as cats are now putting “We Accept UnionPay” up on their window and have stuff written in Chinese.

Now, Make Your Choice!

So now that you know the choice between a WIC store and a UnionPay store, which one are you going to roll with? Are you interested in seeing how much money you can milk off poor Black people in our community selling them overpriced milk and bread? Or are you going to open up an UnionPay store that sell customized kicks designed by African-American kids in your hood to Chinese tourist for $200 and they got the money to blow like that? Come on, you still thinking on your choice?

See, a cat talking about a WIC store, that’s just a low-life cat trying to see how they can take advantage of others while they are down on their luck and that’s what you call a poverty pimp. When you see a cat in the 21st century and all of the opportunities we brothas and sistas can do in this world, what comes out of that cat mouth is business models based on taking money from poor Black folks, that’s all you need to know about them. Think about it – they want to operate on a daily business having poor single moms buy overpriced milk and bread and using welfare vouchers, yeah that is really classy stuff right there.

On the other hand, building a UnionPay store means brothas and sistas is chasing the money and where the money is at and that is with the Chinese inbound tourism industry. We brothas and sistas can build up our commercial zones to sell products and services not only to us but we make sure we can attract cats like the Chinese to come in and spend money on our goods and services infusing cash into our communities to recycle and create jobs and fund social responsibility projects.

In addition, you are making the African-American community globally competitive where your kids and my kids become designers and manufacturers and sell to 2 billion plus population base in China instead of dealing with 223 million bigots here in America who act like they don’t like Black people and will never love Black people. We cannot talk about recycling the same dollars among Black people and that is unrealistic – economic development involves import and exports and we need to revise the Black empowerment strategy around that basic economic premise.

Instead of crazy business models like WIC stores meant to exploit, let’s look at building UnionPay stores to bring new money to spend into our community so we can reinvest in jobs, schools, recreation and quality of life in our communities.

If you want to know the real digital divide, it is between those that use technology and those that know how to manipulate technology for their own purpose. Right now, and I’m shocked at people acting surprised as people are learning the US Government was eavesdropping on American conversations and scanning their data activity which was being done since the Patriot Act was created under George W Bush.

Now that you learned since 2007, President Obama has increase the amount of surveillance on data networks at the cost of capturing information on Americans, people want to act alarmed. Then President Obama said no one is sitting around listening to your conversations – no, they don’t have to listen to your conversations, they have artificial intelligence and voice search engines that do that work on their behalf. Those algorithms will detect a “hit” and the government will get a court order in Washington DC to listen to those conversations – that’s how it goes down.

You would think after COINTEL efforts and Federal snitching programs and other kind of stuff to disrupt and infiltrate Black people from coming together that our people would be smart about technology. Well, the truth is we Black folks are about as dumb as a box of rocks and willing to share anything and everything using communication lines:

Let’s look at the list of things that the government collect and how we Black people here in America just put all our business out there to collect:

Photographs. Digital photos contains embedded meta data and it is also possible for computers to recognize objects in the back, for example Sals Beauty Salon building and your dumb ass took a picture of yourself standing two blocks down from that spot and this was instantly recognized by computers in the photo. Then it gets complicated when people upload photo from Internet-connected cameras like Instagram that also show their geolocation. Remember in the news recently that one photographer dude from Vice who gave up John MacAfee location in Guatemala as he tried to elude the Belize government uploading a photo with geolocation metadata.

Email. Black folks and I hope they stopped this practice used to love to send chained emails talking about the original Statue of Liberty was a Black woman or Oprah stormed out on the maker of Girbaud and they CC every Black person they know and their email address. That is probably the biggest and damning collection of a dataset out there because it creates association/data. So the government can tell you associated with a Black kook out there.

Chat. These create associations, they don’t need to know what you talking about, they know you are chatting with this person who is under federal investigation or you could be connected to this person under federal investigation. Then they target your behind for some trumped up charges and tell you to be a snitch for the real person they are after. Black women get caught up like this more than you know, f*cking around with these thugs and drug dealers.

Video. This can also track a person time/place and helps develop a pattern of where a person hang out at. In addition, videos are better than phone conservations because whatever was said in a video was prepared with thought. Also, the download and consumption of certain also put cats on the watch list. Many of you dumbass cats don’t realize many of those Black nationalist/conspiracy videos out there are fake and ran by snitches and operatives. No real cat talk about that pro-Black hand fist in the air ish like that anymore in 2013, except a gullible guppy like you wanting to believe ish so bad and get caught up by a bigger fish.

Stored Data. Here is the thing with African-Americans and especially these cornball fake Black technology entrepreneurs – they use open source software where the data is stored in mysql schema and that entire mysql database can be intercepted by the government and loaded in their open source version and they got customer list, address list and transactions and all that other good stuff. This is why we over here create our own databases, encrypt out own data while these other fake cornballs fronting like they the Black technology experts.

VOIP. VOIP is easier to track due to being streaming data – just copy the stream frames and analyze them for words and phrases and flag both IP addresses of the communication. In addition, you can best believe the VOIP architect their system to be compliant with the government so the government will be nice to them instead of pass tough regulations on their industry. See that is the overall thing – these technology firms rather play nice with the government and give you up than be strong against the government and get Senate hearings and laws passed making their business more expensive to run.

File transfers. Black folks love to share illegal downloads and other crap among each other. You will be surprised at the number of Black people who are caught up in child porn stings where while investigating data sharing sites, brothas who don’t even like little kids may have a child porn snuck on their computer drives and the government knows this and take their ass in and force them to snitch up on somebody or be branded as someone who had child porn on their computer. I believe this was done to Scott Ritter who was denying Iraq had WMD and someone wanted to discredit him.

Video Conferencing. If Black people are doing that Google Hangout ish saying things about President Obama that is not favorable or the how we must raise up against Amerikkka or whatever, all of these fools are setting themselves up as that information goes into a repository with names and context of the conversation. Then the next thing you know, some analyst on CBS or ABC or Fox News is dropping these Black people names saying sources in the government has been tracking this Black fools for years after setting them all up on a bomb plot or overthrow plot, like they do these Arabs.

Notification of Target activity. From my understanding, the government tracks when you log into a web site or social network and that is easy to do because you send a message over the Internet to a web address called login.html or whatever and they just track that URL. This is probably used to create activity where you check your bank account if you doing money laundering or when you login after someone uploaded radical documents and ask you to view it and you log in immediately or click on the link.

Online Social Network details. Now this is extremely scary. That means every emotional rant you post online can be evaluated by computers to determine your mood or tone. In addition, who likes your comments and who respond to your comments build up associations of who you know and who you talk to and about what. For example, you married and you chatting with some side person who is probably doing something on the side – the government can know all of that and set you up and make you snitch or be an informant.

How Do You Collect Data on African-Americans?

You would be surprise how damn easy it is to start collecting information on African-Americans and their activity and associations. In fact, what I’m about to tell you are techniques that you probably can use right now so let’s talk about them. First let’s do a Google search on Black population and get this result from the CDC:

In 2011, the population of African Americans including those of more than one race was estimated at 43.9 million, making up 13.6% of the total U.S. population.

Locations with the largest percentage of Blacks per total population in 2011 were the District of Columbia (52%), Mississippi (37%), Louisiana (32%), Georgia (31%), Maryland (30%), South Carolina (28%), and Alabama (27%). Locations with the largest total number of black residents (in 2010) were New York (3.3 million), Florida (3.2 million), Texas (3.2 million), Georgia (3.1 million), California (2.7 million), and North Carolina (2.2 million).

Now with the information above, let’s discuss how we going to find and collect data on African-American people:

Create a Database – both MySQL and SQL Server can accommodate 43.9 million rows of data or the number of African Americans. The first thing you want think about is create one table with 50 million rows and I have to remind you, create five tables with 10 million or 10 tables with 5 million records to make your search faster and easier. This is the parallel and batching strategy I keep telling you cats how to deal with big numbers. So make the table name blackpeople_1, blackpeople_2 and so on.

Create the Database Fields – what information are you going to collect? You are really interesting in identifying active Black people, what they do and who they are connected with. You want to capture those who are engaged in activity and log those people track them. You are not necessary caring about knowing all African-Americans, you are interested in the activity of African-Americans. So you create the blackpeople table, then you create the blackpeople_location table that shows their full address or partial address. Then you have a blackpeople_log table that capture activity of all sorts.

Identify and Capture People Using Web Crawlers – this is where Black people messed up because they so busy trying to be seen and famous. See now you can start off putting in a few Black people names who are Black politicians, church leaders or entertainers for example then then you web crawl and capture every Black face and name on social networks for example who are following them. Then you transverse those people and after time, you start getting millions of Black people names. In your database, everytime you get a Black person name, assign them to a new unique blackpeople_id so if they come up again, you have an id number to identify them. Another source is the mug shot databases online, they provide information and give away valuable information. You then apply context like add a “mugshot” attribute to their id so if their name pop up again and they trying to be famous, you got dirt on them.

Detect and Track Associations – here is where the magic come in because let’s say you have a chick in your database that like to go to club whatever. Then you find out another chick in your database like to go to club whatever to. You just probably made a connection either these two chicks are associated with each other or have the same habits. This is where the game begin of knowing how people associate with one another and the groupthink. This is what the government does all the time, know who is associated with who. They know if you associated with someone with Black radical thoughts and they put you on the airline watch list to kindly remind you they got you figured out.

Detect and Track Activity – this is where the game gets even sicker. If we were to detect and track Black people on the North Side of Philly using smart cameras, and reading car license plates and stuff like that and transverse public records, then we can easily determine who is a gang banger, sexual predator, which one is the drug house and what house is more vulnerable to be a victim of crime because that chick didn’t realize she moved next to a guy who was convicted of rape and later acquitted of another attempted rape charge.

Create a Campaign - The campaign is what you want to do against the data. For example, somebody want to target all Black people to come out and vote – this is what Barack Obama collected on Black folks during his campaign, we know this already. Or someone can detect with accuracy, where the drug house can be at and computer algorithms can make assumptions based on traffic, detecting license plates was here at 11:30pm and there at 1:30am and that pattern was done for several weeks. You type in the parameters of what you trying to find as algorithms and queries and when something match like an ex-convict or someone on parole enters the vicinity of a Black commercial zone, all merchants are alerted.

How a Brotha or Sista Can Avoid Being Caught Up In the Grid

The first thing brothas and sistas have to learn is to get off the grid and have a low digital footprint very fast. The problem is Black people like to talk too damn much over the phone, talk too much on Facebook and YouTube all the time. In addition, Black people are clingy and like to Facebook Like and Twitter follow every damn thing out there. All of that create associations that data crawlers can detect. Let me tell you something before I go – the government and the Obama administration are the last people in the world you need to worry about – worry about private data collectors selling this data to news outlets and organizations as oppositional research when you get big.

Here is my suggestion for brothas and sistas and I hope cats pay special attention to what we have to say:

Have Limited Social Network Connections. I cannot tell you the number of times people got shot or beat up because someone approach them saying “I heard you was talking ish about me on Facebook” – I mean, how the hell they found out that person was talking ish on Facebook unless one of their Facebook friends snitched them out? Stop trying to have 5,000 friends on Facebook because most of those cats will love to snitch you out or give you up and sell you to someone else.

Being Anonymous is a Joke. You cannot be anonymous – having a fake alias name will quickly get you flagged faster than having a real name, anybody who does espionage can tell you that. Learn to hide in plain sight because no one believes the guy behind Dream and Hustle knows anything and can’t accomplish anything and just talk – that’s how you do it in plain sight homey. Use your real name and have nothing exciting for cats to think twice and let them move along. Because the truth is, they care about your activity, not your identity.

Call and Speak to People Instead of Data Plans. Avoid texting and emailing people and just call them up and have a conversation. This is good practice anyway as sistas do not like brothas to text them, they want a brotha to ring their phone, if they are not there leave a message and women like that validation and stuff. And we brothas love a sista that does that too.

Get a Camera Without Geolocation EXIF. Personally, I find no value in any of the EXIF metadata for digital cameras except to track you. I can pull you pictures off Facebook and load up EXIF information and some of you cats with smart phones don’t realize they also have your latitude/longitude and time/date of when that picture was taken. What I do with all my photos lately is convert them to another format with no EXIF information saved in an image processor.

Be Something Other Than What You Are. Use your online activity as a persona of your character. For example, show the social network this nice persona of you like you a corporate cornball and got a million dollar smile and full of achievement and volunteering. But the reality is, you are plotting and hustling and getting your money up.

Check Your Chatterbox Friends. Tell your friends to leave you out of the Internet small talk, don’t be emailing you and sending you Facebook links and crap to radicalized Black nonsense that is being actively monitored by the government in the same fashion I spoke above. If they cannot stop, then unfriend them. Keep in mind that those Facebook games are worse because they transmit traffic from Facebook to a third party and that information can be intercepted by the government.

Summary

50 million rows of data is trivial in the year 2013, I can pull results back from that dataset in less than a second even on a cheap computer running a database. So that means it is more than possible to collect data on every African-American and track them. The goal when tracking people or a group of people is to focus on the most active people and their activities. So this is where cats who are chasing fame and trying to be seen get quick on the radar on cats who are plotting against us and they get monitored.

African-Americans talk too much, plain and simple and love to share data and details and will get you all caught up in networks under surveillance. You see how they doing these Arab cats – anybody talking or associated with a Mosque get their name in a database and probably a visit from the FBI with questions. So you should already know the government was tracking people and especially Americans. Learn to stay away from stuff like radical Black web sites and other nonsense because most of those stuff are what is known in my industry as honeypots, designed to attract bees. You don’t know who is behind that stuff.

Just keep in mind that cats out there already collecting data on our people and where we live and what we do but they are not trying to use this data for our best interest. Here is the good thing – when you learn to stay off these social networks, learn to be out and about and enjoying the social scene at spots you will not have all this crazy data online but have a real life to enjoy out there.

One of the biggest mind games is where people try to make you believe you are the problem and you need to check yourself first. For example, if you a sista and have a string of bad relationships with brothas, then it’s your damn fault you can’t get a good man! Or if our Black organizations are not doing anything and you complain about it, then the response is what are you doing about these issues? Or you believe in a certain way and people come around claiming you high post or got a nasty attitude and all other kind of crap.

The truth is that God made you an individual for a reason so don’t go around thinking you are the problem when you see the whole world acting crazy. The truth of the matter is the whole world and the people around you can be the problem that you are wondering about. You have places around the world and all over where people all think alike and act alike. This is called groupthink and culture and is shaped by both media propaganda forming beliefs and society upbringing of certain values.

For example, the sistas who can’t find a good man no matter what, the truth is a good percentage of the Black men are on some stupid ish like self-centered egos, macho man crap, nationalist, sissy or convicted of something. As for the brothas and I can testify to this myself, it was hard finding a good sista that wasn’t knocked up already by some knucklehead or deadbeat and she got a messed up belief system of thinking dudes who flash clothes and cash got more to offer than an intelligent and well-rounded Black man.

Then for me in the business world, it’s the same thing – hard to do business with White people and Jews because they have a groupthink mentality about Black people and have negative stereotypes about us. Then you trying to work with Black folks and they act like all they have to do is wear a job title and not put in any real work and wait for someone else to bust their ass on the hustle so everybody can get paid. Then you go to Tokyo, Japan and all of the merchants are nice and honest and people are helpful and the guys there like their women dressed up like 14 year old school girls. This is all culture and groupthink.

The reason why I’m telling you this because it is not your fault if you got standards and beliefs but everybody around you appear to be on some dumb ish. The truth is that there is groupthink and culture mentality in play that is bigger than you or even one person. As a global entrepreneur, you have to understand culture and mentality of people in order to sell to them or avoid them altogether. Because it will not be your product or service – you can create some cornball ish that don’t sell in St. Louis but sell like crazy in Seoul, Korea.

You can be a straight charismatic sweetheart but the reality is, the people around you can be a collective bunch of morons not worth having a conversation with. This is why you don’t ever let people tell you the reason why you are dating an Asian chick because you are the problem and not the collective of Black women who got a crappy groupthink mentality in the 21st century watching Scandal and Tyler Perry movies. This is why you don’t let some cornball brotha tell you that your product/service won’t sell because people over here do that and act like it’s not people over there on the other side who will like your stuff, will respect you and support you.

Do you know what the most attractive kind of woman to a man is? It isn’t a woman that has a nice body, we brothas see them every day if we are out and about. It isn’t a woman that all dressed up nice as we see that too all the time. The most attractive woman is that lady you noticed in the crowd of crappy ass groupthink people who is holding to her own identity and belief system and shines above the groupthink all around her. Stay true to yourself and screw the world and all these crazy ass people around you and the right people will see you for who you are and whatever you selling, the right customer will see it for what it really is.

One of the words many brothas and sistas are going to learn over the next several years is the word “pyrrhic” because this word is being spread around think tank groups in how to address the “African-American question” after President Obama leaves office. We are already seeing this “pyrrhic” word float around in 2013 regarding African-Americans and because the 3rd Strategic Institute knew this day was coming, we feel now is the time to sit brothas and sistas down and brief them on the upcoming Barackalypse.

According to Wikipedia, a “Pyrrhic victory” is a victory with such a devastating cost that it carries the implication that another such victory will ultimately lead to defeat. Someone who wins a Pyrrhic victory has been victorious in some way; however, the heavy toll negates any sense of achievement or profit. A “Pyrrhic victory” can also mean a false or temporary victory where a win entails a loss subsequently or in the bigger picture. Another term is “Pyrrhic defeat theory” which according to Wikipedia, the idea that those with the power to change a system, benefit from the way it currently works.

The Mistake, The Big Mistake..

Overall, the current generation of brothas and sistas made the worst mistake in the entire history of African-American people that will cause heavy losses and irreversible damage. Our people celebrated a Pyrrhic victory and made a decision to d*ck ride President Obama instead of use the White House position and power to create a long term agenda to address issues and our interests as it pertains to our people.

The fatal moment that did in Black Americans for good was the number of idiots who said and believed that bullcrap about President Obama not being the President of Black America but all of America – that statement alone will be responsible for what going to happen to African-Americans during the post-Obama era known as the Barackalypse.

Because African-Americans did not demand anything from President Obama during his tenure in the White House, we set a negative precedent and sent a self-destruct message that no politicians from this point on do not have to work for or provide anything to African-Americans. If we didn’t ask the first Black President for anything, what gives us the right to ask anybody after President Obama for anything?

This is already in motion in the city of Chicago – Black people ran out in droves and voted for Rahm Emmanuel like he was an Obama rock star, mostly those South Side Chicago brothas and sistas. Now that Rahm Emmanuel is mayor he showed the Black community he was always about the North Side where he from. Violent crime continues to spiral out of control in Chicago on the South Side but let those Black kids form a flash mob on North Michigan Avenue and watch the police come out in force. The board of education are closing schools in poor Black communities while keeping very expensive schools open and building DePaul university a new arena/stadium or whatever. Contracts are awarded to Whites and Hispanics while Black people are begging for shovel-ready jobs on construction sites.

See, Rahm Emanuel got Black people votes for free and he given Blacks nothing in return because he know he don’t have to work hard for Black people votes. The same with President Obama in 2012 where he had to work hard to get middle class White voters and Hispanic voters and knew he was getting the Black vote for free. What they did was get that punk ass Al Sharpton on the radio telling you Blacks to vote or the Republicans will destroy you – politics of fear, not politics of empowerment. And our Black people ran out and voted in record numbers for President Obama out of fear of the Republicans as if we were going to experience something worse than Reagan and Bush Jr.

So that is the mistake because as soon as President Obama leaves office, the Democrats will tell African-Americans that they better vote for Democrats and support the liberal and gay agenda or the Republicans will take over and Blacks don’t want that. The Democrats have zero incentive to do anything for Blacks and will just scare Black folks of the thought of Republicans being in power. The Republicans will keep their promise and do nothing for Black folks when they are in power. So in other words, African-Americans are screwed either way because we failed to demand anything from President Obama and just celebrated the fact it was Black people in the White House. Now because of this ignorant move by African-Americans, we have to confront the Barackalypse in 2016.

Understanding the Barackalypse and the Fallout

The Barackalypse will come about through plotting by various groups to address the “African American question” and strategize to marginalize and eventually neutralize African-Americans political power. The goal is to take over everything African-Americans held onto and their influence in arenas such as political offices, unions, urban cities, civil rights, religion and even sports and entertainment.

The Barackalypse will be executed using multiple levels of plotting such as firing African-Americans from minority entitlements and extend those entitlements to another brown-skin person or woman. Another tactic will be a war of attrition and that is to continuous wear the African-American people down with negative media programming, catch-and-release Black youths to make them violent in their own community and repress economic growth in Black communities through divestment using tax-increment-financing or TIFs. The goal is to marginalize and make Black people feel powerless.

Al Sharpton will be the first to fall during the Barackalypse and his dumbass don’t even realize he was setup from the beginning for this. They put that clown on a platform to pretend he represent Black folks and this moron Al Sharpton sold Black people out talking about he will not attack President Obama on that platform. Back in the Roman Empire days they would lift up some minority leader as the spokesperson of the conquered people but you know what the Roman Empire always do? They always publicly execute that fake leader later on to remind the conquered people the Roman Empire is in control. You can just go buy a bag of popcorn and watch how they will do Al Sharpton when the Barackalypse arrives.

You are already seeing the Barackalypse in the works such as austerity cuts in place or what you guys call the sequester with entitlement spending and government jobs being cut. You are seeing the constant threat of repealing ObamaCare which will happen during the Barackalypse. And with the IRS scandal, you saw the video tape of the IRS people doing a line dance to that one song, I forgot the name of that line dance song. It’s that corporate/interracial wedding line dance song where you always see some cornball brotha, an overweight sista doing it along with a few non-Black people trying to be cool and down with the brothas and sistas, if you know what I mean:

See, all I’m going to say is they going to come after African-Americans with the hand of God after President Obama leaves office and brothas and sistas do not have a plan B to deal with that event. These cats have been “prepping” and buying up all the bullets from Wal-Mart and when they talk about zombies, I hope you African-Americans realize they are actually talking about your Black behind. You can watch the “The Walking Dead” all you want, all of those zombie movies are really Isis Papers type coding for dealing with Black people who will turned into marginalized zombies and act out in rage against survivalists in a post-Barackalypse era. So with all of that said, it ain’t looking too good for brothas and sistas when President Obama leaves office and cats don’t even have a real plan either.

How to Deal with the Barackalypse

Make no mistake, the Barackalypse is going to claim causalities in the African-American community. The biggest risk will not be based on income/wealth and a lot of the Black Boule think they are safe when they will be the one most targeted. These dumbass Black Boule fail to realize they are always the first one targeted and made an example out of in every revolution because they make themselves available for a little fame and prestige. So don’t think for a minute only poor Black folks will be targeted – they go hard after the Boule, especially the other minority groups – go ahead and get your bag of popcorn and watch the Hispanic emerging leaders fight the Black Boule to become the Lumpenbourgeoisie here in America.

If you want to survive the Barackalypse, you will need to realize that all that fronting, fake power and false sense of prestige we got in the Black community today is not going to get you anywhere. The only way you going to save your ass during the Barackalypse is if you are globally competitive and can do for self. You are going to have to know how to survive and learn how to prep yourself with food water and shelter. You are going to have to learn skills to stay globally employable and not rely on corporate America. And last, you are going to have to learn how to settle in new communities if necessary. Here are strategies and tips on how to survive the Barackalypse:

Divest from the System of White Privilege. Many African-Americans still have the mindset that associating and assimilating with White people in general will advance their career. In a global economy, you are going to need global partners, not validation and acceptance from a system of White Privilege. You going to need trading partners from China to do business with, going to need your African people to do business with in their emerging markets and you going to need other cats around the world from India to the UAE to do 21st century business with. With diverse business partners around the globe, you remove the threat of having some bigot who hated Obama and now hate you of having ultimate control of you getting another paycheck to put food on your table.

Get the F*ck Out of the Suburbs. The so-called “town center” suburbs are a 21st century trap game and you should move closer to a metropolitan area as soon as possible. This goes beyond having local yokel bigots in the suburban government and police department as the suburbs are going into a decline due to globalization as opportunities spread out worldwide. The manufacturing plant that supposed to go to that suburb is now going to another country instead. In addition, the cost of fuel and lack of options and no economic clusters is going to make life hard for a brotha or sista who will always be last in line for consideration. Move to the city for better access to opportunities and resources during the Barackalypse.

Learn How to Prep. The art of prepping should be a skill taught in every urban school system due to the number of Black households that go broke and hungry. Our grandparents and great grandparents knew how to prep and had food storage and other necessities when times got rough so they can keep going. Having a pantry stocked with preserved foods and beans and rice and canned meats and powdered milk may sound beneath you but what it does is give you that security blanket. You be surprised as soon as someone is laid off, they fall down fast because they don’t have a safety net. Having money is not a safety net – having resources on hand is your ultimate safety net.

Be Ready to Move Overseas. You got to admire the fact every other ethnic group moves around the world creating a diaspora but African-Americans – oh no, we just got to stay in Cleveland because we grew up there and that’s our people. You may find this country too unbearable during the Barackalypse and may find better opportunities in Europe or Latin America or even Africa or Asia. Ignore the naysayers who haven’t traveled or been anywhere or lived anywhere. You may travel to Asia and do trading with Africa and find your arrangement pioneering, exciting and fulfilling versus living in America dealing with Republicans and negative Black media and the self-hate and ignorance of your own people. However, you will need to move in a collective fashion with other African-Americans and not just some one-off move.

We All Not Going to Make It But Make Sure You Make It

Look, ever since some guy named Noah was building an ark on dry land, fools come around laughing and mocking talking out the side of their neck like they know how things will turn out. Learning to look at indicators and preparing yourself from dangers and disasters is a natural animal survival instinct. Black people messed up so bad blindly supporting President Obama that all indications point to a Barackalypse where our people who still stuck on stupid going to find themselves under heavy sustained attack by everybody looking to usurp brothas and sistas of any power they have to take it over for their group.

Don’t think for a second this article is trying to be funny or a joke – this is a very serious event that is manifesting itself against our people and you are being warned by experts right now. Why would the mainstream media tell you this and why would the Boule Black media in denial tell you this? Sure, the Black nationalist conspiracy kooks may say this but that’s not us and we are telling you in your face this is what is definitely about to go down and that is based on our own data intelligence gathering. This is about to get very real on you brothas and sistas in a few years.

The biggest mistake you can make is being caught with your pants down when the Barackalypse hits. You are going to start seeing the manifestation of the Barackalypse around June, 2014 during the mid-term election season and will come into full swing during the 2016 election and become the norm in 2017 and beyond. Yes, Black people in America made a very ignorant move and we made a major mistake that could destroy the future of our children by celebrating a Black President instead of demanding an agenda. We got that once in a chance moment and we blew it, plain and simple.

Over and over, we African-Americans go out and fight wars and win these Pyrrhic victories and start celebrating instead of improving our position so the next war can be won decisively. You or me alone cannot do anything to address the mistake of our people overall except curse them out and beat the crap out of one or two of them, but that won’t solve anything. Instead, it’s time in 2013 while everybody else is acting a fool, you and your family need to learn how to start preparing to survive the Barackalypse which will be worse than McKinley, Reagan and Bush Jr. put together.

While sitting on your couch chillaxing in Ohio, you decided you want to start your global empire in London. You come to realize studying military strategy that the first thing you establish in any land you wish to conquer is a communication framework. You read some Dream and Hustle articles and decided from your crib in Cincinnati what you want to do, take over a hood spot in London. Now I understand you should have big dreams and big goals but damn, that’s what I’m talking about – let’s get to plotting!

Gathering Geo-Intelligence

The first thing you want to do is survey the land and gather intelligence that you can study and create your strategy with that information. The best tool is to use Google Map Streetview and type in the location such as “67 Rye Lane, London, England, United Kingdom” and you will see the image above. You then “move around” and look at the businesses in the area and make other observations. What you want to understand is the area, the people, the type of businesses you see and note your observation on the intelligence you gathered.

The Area. According to Wikipedia, Peckham has 20,000 people and is in the Southeast part of London and have been receiving funding from the European Union to revitalize the area. If you look at the buildings, this appear to be designed to accommodate a high-density population. You see the double-decker bus system along the road. This means that this area is a hub with mass transit moving in and out. This is important as you want to target a hub location that can swell up with more people who can use the services you want to offer that location. Further research indicates a rail station will be built to connect Peckham to other hubs.

The People. Also from Wikipedia, it appears the Peckham area Black population is over 50% with the majority being African and a few Caribbean cats. Now, most Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cats can assimilate into Black culture and make it a brown region so this adds another level of diversity in the region. So when you take this into consideration, you may see Islam being the dominate religion in this area with Christianity and other belief systems here. Further research states there is an area called Little Lagos which is probably a Nigerian hub sector.

Business Models. Peckham look like most commercial sectors in the America hood, filled with beauty supply and cheap fashion shops and also unbanked services as well as digital divide services. Real estate is tight in London so it can be assumed the landlords of these commercial buildings are not representative of the majority population and appears to be mostly exploitation style businesses looking at ways to get money from the influx of immigrants but not offer channels of economic empowerment.

Developing Observations. From what you can gather, you can make the following assumptions about Rye Lane in Peckham without even visiting. You know that most likely Peckham is a concentrated community of non-White immigrants who are not stakeholders in the businesses around them. The double-decker buses tell you that the brothas and sistas there may commute to their jobs outside their community and when they come home with a paycheck, spend it on stuff they need. You also see there is not a lot of stuff that is fun. You also see a lot of White people hippie crap around Peckham that is typical in revitalization/gentrification efforts and targets hippies and not a lot of fun/entertainment things for the Black youth.

The Black Gang Issue. In every hood, some of the youth will form a street gang and engage in criminal activity and boast about how hard and menacing they are. Then in the next sentence, they will claim no one gave them jobs or opportunity and that is why they turned to a life of crime. I want to make something clear – when someone decide to engage in criminal behavior in the hood, their end game is prison or violent death. My position is simple and my crew position is straightforward – anybody Black who engage in criminal activity against our people only option will be going to prison or getting killed. No one doing harm in the Black community against other Blacks should expect a job – they should fully expect to be killed if the police don’t get to them first. I hope that address the Black gang issue.

Formulating Your Communication Framework Strategy

Your strategy to taking over Rye Lane in Peckham is to create a communication framework that targets not only the majority population in the area but everybody in that community. However, you are in Cincinnati, Ohio and you don’t know anybody in Peckham. So how are you going to infiltrate and take over this spot not knowing anybody and not being there?

Your biggest advantage globally is that you will focus on empowering the Black youth population while the British Empire just want to look at them as nothing more than a guest worker in their country. Over there, you got the British citizens bragging and talking about how they are trying to “Westernized” the Black youth while you focus on promoting them for who they are and empowering them to be more than subservient guest workers from the Commonwealth.

There is a reason why you want to target the Black youth in this area and that reason is they are disenfranchised and no one is looking out for them even though they are part of the majority population in Peckham. Sure they got some lightweight activists who can protest but not empower over there in Peckham – what you want to do is use your communication framework to give them real empowerment and growth potential to get out of the disenfranchisement state and make them a contributing member of the African Diaspora.

So let’s recap the strategy – target the youth culture on Rye Lane in Peckham to give them empowerment opportunities. It will not be hard for the youth culture to make a decision between UK media and UK people that want to keep them subservient or your American-operated empowerment communication framework. That’s how you going to run this area by taking advantage of a demand vacuum that is basically worldwide – empowering brothas and sistas worldwide in places where they are disenfranchised using next generation technology.

Levels of the Communication Strategy

To infiltrate and build up a communication framework in Peckham, you are going to divide your effort and approach into different levels. The first level will be social media, the second level will be broadcast media and the third level will be economic communication. This communication strategy will allow you to take over any hood in this world in almost all regions.

I will stress again and want you to do some research – go try to do research on Black people and Peckham, London and you will see some stereotypical thug crap or White people talking about what they doing for those Black kids. In your research, you will rarely find any form of positive and progressive Black self-identity media in Peckham for the majority of Black youth in the area. The fact these areas are not allowing the youth of immigrants in areas like Peckham become empowered and instead work to keep the youth in a disenfranchised state is both an opportunity and social responsibility for you.

Let’s discuss the different levels and phases of how to create a communication framework in Peckham and over time, run that area like a straight boss. You will basically target the very youth that is being disenfranchised with empowerment and that’s how you will win.

Level 1: Establish Social Media for the Area

What you want to do is from your spot here in America, acknowledge the Black youth in Peckham and offer them a channel to them to reveal themselves. You first start with a Facebook Page for the Peckham Urban community and make sure your target audience is the Black youth. Reach out and invite cats to join the Facebook group from the area and provide information and facts about Peckham on the Facebook Page. This is your first attempt to build up a local audience. Encourage the target audience to share music, share pictures, share issues and keep it 100%.

You can use other forms of media such as a setup a Twitter feed for Peckham, setup a picture blog using WordPress and Flicker that showcase pictures of Peckham Black daily life. Look out for the brothas and sistas in that area who is willing to step up and contribute – they will be the ones to focus on and help them become empowered. You will find as an African-American is it will be easier for you to setup this social media network for the youth in that area and get that whole social media synergy working together.

What you are doing as an African-American is extending your hand out to the youth in Peckham and let them know you got their back and you going to help them help themselves and be there to watch them come up. The youth in Peckham will appreciate because they not getting that from the greater population in the UK who is looking only to exploit them under a system of being disenfranchised and subservience. You instead see the youth as an emerging class and work with them to make them better.

Level 2: Create a Broadcast Media Channel

Once you got a following on Facebook and other social media and now you got real Black faces of the Peckham community out there, the next step is to create a bigger media presence in Peckham. This will be in the form of a streaming audio and video for the youth. This will be done from America again and what you will be doing is provide a voice for the everyday young cats in Peckham to call in about issues in their community and life issues and employment and economic issues. How to find work or make work, how to show respect for one another and stop beefing. Next is to create good quality on demand video to help promote brothas and sistas to Peckham to the world at large. The videos can go on YouTube.

The point of audio programming and video programming is for several reasons. The first and most important reason is you in America are putting the kids in Peckham on the American radar and making the kids in Peckham bigger than the “silent repression” that is going against them in their own community. The local youth in Peckham don’t have to worry about friends and parents not having their back because the Black American Empire got their back. Over here in America, we help them produce the media, we watch their media, we encourage the kids in Peckham by tell them good work and good job. The second reason is the youth up in Peckham become better kids because they know they being acknowledged by us out of respect and love and that will encourage them to step their game up.

The most important element is for you to have positive media – not another form of media promoting sex, violence, drug dealing and misogyny as some form of “Black entertainment” but create a form of empowerment media that show them doing for self, show them better ways to do for self and help the kids in Peckham find solutions to their problems and we can see them as a work in progress but enjoying life for what it is worth right now. Then we spread the message to stop the Black-on-Black violence and start working together to build up an economic base that works for them.

Level 3: Deploy an Economic Communication Framework

Now that you established a social media framework to put the face on the youth in Peckham to a global stage, you created broadcast streaming media to showcase Peckham to the world and among themselves, the next step is deploying an economic communication framework as the final phase of your initial communication strategy. The purpose of an economic communication framework is to enable the youth in Peckham to access cloud-based and streaming services to operate businesses and conduct both import/export trade to improve their economic activity.

The goal here is to creating web services to help the youth help themselves. You create the web sites, the cloud services and application streaming services here in America to empower the youth over in Peckham. For example, if a Black youth in Peckham want to sell naija mixtapes, you facilitate the web site and download to mobile phones and you promote that Black youth by their name – don’t let them promote themselves. You as an outside American or a paid professional spokesperson hype that Peckham kid up so the community see you as a third party acknowledging that kid and they will in turn support that kid over in Peckham and do business with them.

Create a drop shipping application service for the youth to peddle anything they see in the stores along Rye Lane and Peckham high street like clothing and shoes and other accessories like electronics to their own people. Use the social network to help promote their businesses and what they sell and also use the streaming to feature products and services the Black youth is selling legitimate to help promote them and build up a consumer base. Do not make the dumb Black Enterprise magazine mistake of promoting specific people in a persona/ego fashion, instead of you promote the art of the hustle, the actual product or service and the benefit to a consumer.

Then you create streaming services that can be provided to the Black youth to provide information services. For example, you can look at most of the businesses on Peckham and see some of the businesses are still using old paper-based business processes. You can create a cloud services the Black youth can access via a web browser with Java/Silverlight/Flex that allow them to handle inventory, order request and automatic invoicing for the existing Black businesses in the area and other surrounding commercial district. These streaming services help the Black youth created businesses to help businesses with marketing, printing and signage and accounting.

Now You Running It!

Let’s recap what was discussed here so understand the big picture. It was observed through geo-intelligence that Peckham is a high-density hood area filled with disenfranchised Black youth and other youth of color who are not being represented properly. In fact, you see them being exploited by criminal elements and by UK White citizens who appear to look down on them and their people and see them only as a working class who do work the greater population feel are beneath them.

You realize the solution is to empower the youth in Peckham by giving them a communication framework as a platform for them and who they are be heard and acknowledged around the world. You orchestrated and plot from your spot in Cincinnati, Ohio here in America the implementation and execution of this framework and know the advantages of not only being an outsider, but as part of the Black American Empire you can do for other brothas and sistas around the world to stop being a repressed minority and become a full-fledge member of the African Diaspora.

Because you fully understand as an African-American in the 21st century we brothas and sistas here in the USA need to play our part as a powerful people in helping our family in the African Diaspora come up because we need them more than they need us. The Black youth in South London is a critical and important asset for the entire African Diaspora and it is important we can get them empowered ASAP. The Peckham community have connections to both Africa and the Caribbean and the rest of Europe and the Black American Empire need as many partners so we over here can conduct our own global operations to do trade and import/export worldwide for our hoods here in the USA. So you fully understand the long term strategy of why you decided to target Peckham and the Rye Lane area.

You have a strategy to first establish the social media presence using existing social media networks, then create broadcast media to acknowledge the local youth in Peckham on a global stage. That means every accomplishment the Black youth does in Peckham, you not only broadcast that story in stream media but we forward the information to Black news media outlets here in America, Africa, the Caribbean and our Diaspora family throughout Asia and Latin America. And there is a reason why you do that – you start putting the other repressed Black cultures like in Paris, France that you got next on them and they will to get the same communication strategy to uplift themselves up.

Then the last stage is economic communication and this is using streaming application technology that allow the Black youth in places like Peckham operate and sell line of business solutions to the merchant class and entrepreneurial class in the community to build up their own local economic activity. They don’t need a damn building on Rye Lane to rent out, they do all of this hustle from the cloud and facilitate providing information services to get paid. But there is one streaming application you had in your back pocket you didn’t mention until now.

The real streaming application is to target the Nigerian/African community in Guangzhou, China to setup direct trade lines with the Black youth in Peckham and you being part of the the Black American Empire will setup and structure this arrangement. Broker the arrangement to ship directly to the youth in Peckham anything they want to sell and empower the Black youth if they want anything from America, we got their back and all they have to do is just tell us what they need and the brothas and sistas here in American will give it to them to help them come up.

So with a communication strategy in place among the Black youth in Peckham, they are now doing for self, empowering themselves and motivated to do better for their people, their community and their future over there. The larger UK people who wanted to repress and disenfranchised can go sit their arse down somewhere and stay mad when they find out the Black youth in Peckham is being acknowledged and taken care of by cats from Nigeria, taken care of by cats in the Caribbean and also by the Black American Empire and we globally make the message loud and clear – we love the youth in Peckham, we claim them and they are part of the African Diaspora family.

When all of those elements out there realize you gave the youth in Peckham a voice, supporting them to be themselves and empower them then they can’t condescend those kids anymore. The youth in Peckham will accept your communication framework knowing they have full support of the global African Diaspora, led by you. Those clowns trying to condescend on our family will think twice about treating the youth in Peckham as disenfranchised people and stop trying to screw them over and may actually realize they may have to treat them with dignity and respect.

So in summary, when you identify a repressed community where the brothas and sistas do not have a voice but a majority, you will need to create a communication framework. The best candidate to establish that communication framework is the Black American Empire as our people have the resources, funding and means to make something like this happen at the most minimal cost. When we create this framework for the youth in Peckham, we cultivate them to not only be better and empowered people but a strategic asset to helping the greater African Diaspora community become uplifted as well.

The biggest barrier to progress in the Black community is our Black media choosing to be negative and regressive, not positive and progressive. Without good media, you cannot get your Black-owned startup or existing business promoted properly. Without good media, not your kids – but your teenage Black children cannot visualize what true Black love is and instead see image of rear-entry sex scenes with subservient Black women giving up all her booty and hear songs that degrades Black women all the time. You need good Black media that can uplift our people, make our people aware and help serve as a catalyst for change.

In this article, we are going to talk about how to destroy Black radio, Black magazines and Black television networks. The current Black media has been a failure to our past, a failure to our present and threatened to fail our future – me and my crew is not going to let that happen to our future. These Black media morons walk around pretending like they are elitists and speak for and represent Black folks when they actually represented a racist Jewish/Italian media agenda to create a degraded docile Black consumer for several decades. These same Black media are also checked by corporate advertisers who threatens all the time to pull their corporate sponsorship if these Black media become too Black, too proud. These weak cowards in the current Black media setup need to be destroyed and let’s get to discussing.

The War Strategy Against the Black Media Arachnids

We know Black media is fully culpable in the destruction of the Black community, the Black family and the deteriorating sense of self-worth among Black women through sustained negative propaganda programming. So we need to formulate a war strategy to destroy these bugs and as far as I’m concerned, the only good Black media is a destroyed Black media.

If you go after the Black media, sure you can attack an affiliate or a program of a Black media entity but they will be still be 86% effective. What you want to do is go after their nerve stem and their core and that will take Black media down hard and fast and down for good. You are also going to need everybody in the war effort against Black media, at work and at home and your community. So let’s talk about the strategy because you shoot a nuke down a bug hole, you get a lot of dead bugs, alright? And that’s what we going to do – go nuclear against Black media.

Pursue Power, Not Identity. The biggest weakness of Black media is they chase Black identity and not Black power. See, Black identity is a warm and fuzzy feeling that do not put food on the table, do not put clothes on the kids back and do not create jobs and do not create social quality of life for the Black community. Empowerment open businesses in our community, create jobs, put food on people table, create parks for the kids and gardens for the seniors to maintain, have brothas and sistas be in love instead of fighting and scheming over money. Black people want power, not identity and you better understand that before you continue reading this article.

Disrupt Instead of Compete. Most Black media are stuck on old media paradigms that are outdated and expensive to maintain and that is your advantage. They maintain buildings and leases and employees while you maintain media streaming services from the cloud and outsourced contractors. They pander to corporation and their diversity supplier program while you operate a hyper-local parallel interactive marketing platform scalable to the whole world. The dumbest mistake you will make is to create a transistor FM station to compete with Black FM radio or print magazines to compete with a printed Black magazine. You learn to disrupt the existing Black media model by transferring the Black audience from their expensive operation to your cheaper operation like you are Redbox sitting outside of a Walgreens and they are Blockbuster with a big building lease and physical inventory of old movies nobody rents anymore.

Overall, what you want to do is understand the consumer behavior towards the Black media channel, learn what the Black media is doing to retain them in the current environment and use the latest technology and techniques to disrupt and eventually destroy these garbage Black media characters.

Destroying Black Radio

How Consumers Use Black Radio. The Black consumer listens to urban-format Black radio mostly in their car or at work for personal consumption. Back in the days, Black radio used to be listened to in a group setting from boom boxes and at Black block parties and blasted out of cars driving by. But today, the legendary Cathy Hughes and Radio One decided to program negative music that divides Black people and only be listened to by social degenerates in the Black community. So broadcast radio has become an individual consumption experience.

How Black Media Currently Use This Channel. Black radio attempts to target the local community running live remote broadcasts from mobile phone stores over the weekend. In addition, Black radio plays over and over the same songs to a local audience and ignore up and coming local artists in that region. Black radio seek advertising from nightclubs and white liberals who engage in corporate diversity programs for their marketing campaign.

How to Disrupt and Destroy Black Radio. Focus on positive music programming like dance music bringing brothas and sistas together to listen to in a group, this help spread word of mouth among a collective and benefit advertisers more. Use technology such as music-on-demand and playlist streaming and broadcast through IP channels and works through Bluetooth. Focus on using Bluetooth technology to stream IP media through cars and home audio systems through a mobile device. Charge a monthly fee for this service. Outsource your media programming and research to Spain or Portugal workers using cloud hosting to handle your streams. Create algorithms that know what type of music to play and when based on current events.

Destroying Black Magazines

How Consumers Use Black Magazines. Consumers of print media are most likely through warehouse magazine subscription services like Publishers Clearinghouse and some are being sent copies of print magazines through digital services like Kindle or Google Play. Newsstands and magazine racks at retailers are declining very fast as a medium and only works in large hub markets for readers to consume while taking mass transportation.

How Black Media Currently Use This Channel. Black media use their magazine as a bragging post to broadcast elitism and their opinion/commentary like someone cares what they have to say. They create the Top 100 Negro list to try to get that handpicked Negro to use their influence to spread word of mouth to other Negroes in their social circle to buy the Black magazine because that Top 100 Negro was featured in the current issue. Black magazines also tend to heavily emulate the mainstream magazines like Vogue and Forbes instead of provide content that caters to Black people.

How to Disrupt and Destroy Black Magazines. Use print editions to only distribute to public libraries, barbershops, hair salons and other Black-owned businesses with waiting areas. Focus on PDFs and electronic formats to distribute on mobile devices. Focus on building up an electronic paid subscription base. Outsource the writing staff to Manila, Philippines for $3.25/hour or $9.75 per article. Focus on volumes that can be repackaged and resold instead of monthly editions that obsolete articles. Write about real issue concerning Black people instead of what pleases corporate advertisers as subscriptions mean you are catering to the Black audience and you need to give the Black audience what they want.

Destroying Black Television

How Consumers Use Black Television. Consumer access Black television programming through cable/satellite subscriptions paying a very expensive fee each month. The Black consumer mostly watch situational comedies sitcoms that used to be on the CW and still CW-quality. The target consumer for Black media is unmarriageable Black women watching reality TV show that feature ignorant Black women portraying themselves as a modern day minstrel show.

How Black Media Currently Use This Channel. Black television industry operates as house slaves sitting under the dinner table fighting for scraps thrown on the floor while acting like they better than the field slaves outside. They collaborate with entities like NBC/Comcast to act as special tokens that represent the voice of Black people while promoting themselves – not doing a good job of that either, might we add. Current Black television entities have no independent revenue generation model and rely on having their hand out and thanking corporate media executives who compensate them with phrases like “Thank ya bossa man! Yes sir! Imma so happy, Imma be back bossa!” and perform a shuffle dance to try to get their corporate media plantation owner to chuckle and smile.

How to Disrupt and Destroy Black Television. Focus on IPTV programming which will eclipse regular television programming. Build a diversity mix of emerging audiences around the world and focus on content that attract emerging artists. Create media programming that represent diversity in the African Diaspora such as a brotha traveling to Brazil and meet a half-Brazilian, half-Japanese sista who has her own land and they grow antioxidants and enjoy the river and tropical birds. Focus on a new paradigm of programming models instead of showcasing cooning Blacks to make bigots and self-haters in America laugh. Try to become an IPTV video channel that operate on media streamer boxes and smart TV that can stream videos – this channel compete with cable altogether. If Netflix can stream on it, then so can your IPTV. Black audience will move away from cable, cut the cord and use your IPTV network and you can also provide hyperlocal marketing with modern technology.

Summary

The way I feel about Black media is to unleash a pack of gorillas to repeatedly punch Black media in the mouth, watch these gorillas sink their teeth into their skull and I will be taken back as these gorillas throw Black media down a flight of stairs while flinging their feces at the corpse formerly known as Black media. That is exactly how I feel Black media today should be treated and handled. They done little or next to nothing but lightweight chatter to help Black people and sold out to corporate advertisers and corporate media execs.

Technology has change the game of media distribution and brothas and sistas have a lot of moves they can make with technology like streaming media to take on old media that many Black media outlets are based on. But before I go, there is one strategic secret that I left out for brothas and sistas and do you know that what is? Dream and Hustle does it all the time, if that is a hint.

The ultimate secret to destroying Black media is to disrupt their Black identity model by focusing on proven patterns and practices around the world Black people can use instead of some racist crap of showing Black faces all the time. See, we here at Dream and Hustle can talk about Asobi System talent model system out of Japan or area domination practices by 7-Eleven in Japan and Black folks are writing me and telling me this is the best information they got and can apply to their hustle in the Black community. Meanwhile, the racists at Black Enterprise magazine are trying to find Boule, uppity Black faces to throw on their magazine cover.

Look around you and look at our Black people and how messed up we are, how messed up our community is and how messed up our Black leadership is. All of that can be traced to these Black media entities that do not criticize status quo Blacks and promote a system of Boule Black elitism. All of this can be traced to Black media that is more concerned about chasing corporate advertising dollars than the long tail system of smaller Black businesses, even though the long tail option can generate billions in revenue. And Black media want to focus on selfishness, controversy and negative programming versus promoting us working together to rebuild our people and our community.

The Black media is not our friend in the 21st century and it need to be destroyed. We can and we will disrupt and destroy Black media by focusing on solutions, not reverse-racism Black identity that does not put food on the table of everyday Black folks. We are going to focus on media that promote group and collective collaboration. We are going to promote solutions and patterns and practices done worldwide by people who are not Black but can help us get to where we want to go. And we are going create media that the Black community is willing to pay for, not Black media designed to appease corporate media executives and corporate advertisers more than help us.

We got the technology, we got the hustle, we got the opportunities and we got the power – let’s go build our own media firms that work for Black people and not against Black people. Disrupt, destroy the existing Black media entities and let’s build a media communication that help grow businesses, create jobs, uplift our people and create a since of community among our people.

If brothas and sistas was told President Obama agrees with Tavis Smiley and Cornell West more than Al Sharpton, can African-Americans accept that? Can brothas and sistas understand that Dr. Dre trust the University of Southern California to properly handle his $35 million over some tacky HBCU like Dillard? How hard is it for brothas and sistas to comprehend the 3rd Strategic Institute decided to outsource the Black empowerment movement to Southeast Asia as the best solution to save our next generation of young brothas and sistas?

The current generation of African-Americans do not understand that we all look like a damn joke to the world and our stock price has fallen very fast. In fact, the young cats overseas or LGBT are shorting African-Americans so they can be the new “Black” that takes over the cities and urban areas like Houston, Atlanta, Detroit and Washington DC once dominated by African-Americans who come from slave lineage. Bottom line, we Black people done some ignorant things at the most critical juncture of our history and we are going to pay for it.

This article to help you African-Americans understand fully why President Obama like to talk down to you, why Dr. Dre don’t want to invest in you and why the 3rd Strategic Institute outsourced you Black fools running around here in America today. We don’t like what you about, can’t rely or trust you African-Americans living today and quite frankly your actions speak louder than your words. We are all in this same boat and because only a few of us are at the bottom rowing while the rest of you are just sitting on the deck chilling like this is a Carnival cruise ship, then it’s time from you to hear some words, homey.

President Obama Don’t Care How You Came Up or Been Discriminated Against

Black people have amnesia President Obama and his family had to work their behinds off and make huge sacrifices to run for the White House in 2008. I find it hilarious that some of you cats who want to argue with me criticizing President Obama was quietly supporting Hillary Clinton at the beginning, especially Al Sharpton. So don’t just mention Tavis Smiley, Al Sharpton was doing the same thing when Senator Obama was facing Senator Hillary Clinton who many in the Black community thought should have been the next President of the United States.

So don’t think President Obama is naïve and siding with Al Sharpton – you should know better than that. In fact, if you truly knew President Obama, you would know he supports Tavis Smiley and Cornell West position as a student of Jerimiah Wright. When you listen to President Obama, he really want African-Americans to stand up and take what’s theirs and demand it. President Obama had to fight and take the White House, he earned those votes. However the contention is President Obama need to accept the truth African-Americans are some ignorant mules who didn’t have this kind of freedom before and the President have to take better leadership and push forward with the Black agenda, regardless of Black docility.

President Obama would love to advance the Black agenda but he is concerned you guys will not do anything. Here is something I will cover for example – President Obama signed the JOBS Act for crowdfunding but it never got enacted. However, did you know Georgia has their own crowdfunding enacted into law? Did you know there is a city in Georgia called Atlanta? They have Black people in Atlanta, Georgia if you didn’t know that. Did you know brothas and sistas can use Atlanta to setup corporate entities that can “crowdfund” businesses for brothas and sistas entrepreneurs worldwide? Have you even heard Mayor Kasim Reed tried to attract anybody to Atlanta for this purpose? Do you know how many Silicon Valley VC firms and people moving here to Georgia for that reason alone?

See, President Obama does not want to look stupid trying to help out brothas and sistas because none of our people want to help themselves first or put in the work to show that we are trying. We got a lot of road blocks like ignorant Black media making us look stupid instead of progressive portrayal of us. It doesn’t help to see the same people blindly supporting President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are the same Black people watching stuff like Scandal and talking about it on Facebook, making us look more embarrassed.

But at the same time, President Obama is meeting with young people from other countries he going to sign free trade pacts with and fighting China on trade pact signing. This is why President Obama is going to Africa next month in June/July to advocate Africans to do business with Americans and also finish up the ASEAN trade agreement to setup free trade in the Asian nations. Meanwhile, Black Enterprise magazine is still putting out elitist content talking about Top 100 Negroes or whatever.

Right now, it’s too late to get anything from President Obama – it’s over as he is a lame duck. African-Americans need to now focus on doing what we should have done back in 2009. Instead of being a bunch of ignorant fools celebrating we have a first Black family in the White House, we need to write ourselves off as a bunch of screw-ups. Then we need to start helping the next generation come up in this world and be able to compete globally and have trade with the global economy.

Dr. Dre Want the Best Use of His Money

Before I get started, let me laugh really hard – will.i.am running around all over the world giving all kind of money to White institutions for STEM education and no one said nothing. But Dr. Dre gives $35 million to USC and cats are getting their panties bunched up, I mean what are you Black people saying about will.i.am by not criticizing him but you guys are criticizing Dr. Dre? I mean what’s up with that!? LOL @ will.i.am, the Black community don’t claim you!

Before anybody say anything about Dr. Dre, let’s put out the facts from Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine program. Also before I get started, Jimmy Iovine put a lot of rappers on the scene that these corporate Negro A&R cornballs were too scared to sign so don’t get amnesia about Jimmy Iovine in this conversation.

With a visionary gift from music-industry leaders Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young, the University of Southern California is establishing a new academy to inspire innovative, entrepreneurial thought in business, design, marketing and the arts.

The academy will enroll its first class of 25 students in fall 2014. Applicants will be accepted based on a rigorous review process encompassing demonstrated academic excellence as well as proven ability for original thought. Students who complete a course of study in the academy will graduate with a degree that recognizes each individual’s ability to truly engage and to succeed in an educational experience that is constantly asking the question, “Why not?”

So do anybody still have any questions why Dr. Dre gave $35 million to USC and not Dillard? Because it is obvious Dr. Dre $35 million is the best use of his money and Dr. Dre being in that area, the best use of his investment. No offense but this was a stupid question for the guy at Dillard to ask. Second, what makes any of you HBCUs worthy of any donation the way you guys are operating your schools?

Why are HBCUs not preparing Black students to rebuild the urban community and seek to partner with the Africa Diaspora at large? You got some HBCU I don’t remember the name up in Maryland where the dean is telling his students they have to cut their dreads or braids to be part of the MBA program – what kind of dumb ish is that? And you want to ask why Dr. Dre not giving you $35 million? I wouldn’t personally give your HBCU $35!!!!!

Dr. Dre is investing in an innovation center to train the best minds to take things to the next level. He is also investing in the Southern California community which he grew up. He is not chasing Black identity which is the problem with our people and the problem with HBCUs. We need to chase global power for Black people and if I had a choice to invest in a bunch of cats infatuated with an ego-based Black identity complex over creating innovation and cultivating talent, it ain’t hard to see why Dr. Dre made his decision.

The fact Black people are trying to argue why Dr. Dre did not donate $35 million to a “Black identity” cause shows you the main problem here with our people is that we are stuck on stupid. The guy at Dillard – show me your damn innovation center that you created for your student body! Put up and show up right now! It does not take much to create an innovation center for your students – do you HCBUs even have a space for your HBCU Black students to get together, work together to collaborate and create innovative solutions for our people, our community and the future? If you don’t have such an innovation center Dr. Walter Kimbrough, then you need to shut the f*ck up, real talk. That’s why no one wants to give your HBCU any money in the 21st century.

3rd Strategic Institute Outsourcing Black Empowerment

I promised the future generation of young brothas and sistas that I will be the responsible member of the current Black generation that will do my best to lay a foundation for them to build their prosperity upon. I came up out of the public housing projects and the West Side of Chicago and saw how our Black people at large tried to write me off or discount me as I came up hard and got what’s mine. Even to this day, these same Black folks still act like they mad at me for succeeding. I will do everything to keep this promise for the young brothas and sistas and will do so by any means necessary.

Trying to get African-Americans to do for the future generation of African-Americans is hard work. The problem is African-Americans are too much concerned with name-dropping, fame-chasing and storytelling. They like to keep talking about the Chicago Urban Prep Academy instead of realizing we should have replicated that model several dozen time by now. But now, these ignorant fools in the African-American still want to talk about Chicago Urban Prep over and over. We get stuck on stupid hyping up only one entity instead of creating a pattern to replicate success models.

Look at this propaganda above that I saw distributed through Facebook about Chicago Urban Prep Academy receiving 0% news coverage. Oh wait a minute – 0% news coverage?

Do you see how African-Americans like to lie so much about what our people are going through? See, Black people in America want to believe these kids received zero percent news coverage to perpetuate a victim narrative instead of address the real issue here. The real issue here is no one gives a damn if Urban Prep have a 100% college acceptance rate because that is seeking validation. I don’t personally give a f*ck if they have a 100% college acceptance rate. Let me know when 100% of these kids open up a Black business in their own community and employ their own people and then I will give a sh*t, honest talk. And you think these kids are America biggest nightmare? LOL! See how ignorant our African-American people are as if kids from emerging nations do not exist?

To make a long story short of complaints and whining, I straight up came to the conclusion I cannot rely on brothas and sistas today to help out for the younger generation. I have not seen anything, have you? I mean, we can talk and we can have discussions but real work need to be done right now for our future generation of brothas and sistas – I hope you understand that. And on the other hand, I’m working with resources and my partners in Asia and these cats are producing! Even for some of the stuff I’m working on for the Black community!

Then here is the rub – I’m being frank with the cats in Asia telling them what I’m doing for the Black community and they helping me out more! Damn, they give a f*ck about what I’m doing more than Black folks here who act like a bunch of weird punks who want to brag and talk and tell history stories all the time instead of put in that real work. So it is just natural selection that I’m going to ride with those that willing to put in the work and gives a f*ck over those that keep want to act like they are some HNIC, like to name drop and like to tell stories all the time.

Hustle Space was a wiki at first and I setup a site at Wikia for anyone to edit. I decided with my crew at the 3rd Strategic Institute to outsource that work to Southeast Asia to write up the content for Black business models in the hood since we cannot get brothas and sistas to help out. Now, I decided to go further and outsource articles that will be written for Black entrepreneurship and empowerment also to Southeast Asia and right now, I’m training a staff that we paid for to write content for Hustle Space.

All of the projects for Swagg-Scientific is being done by global resources and I’m outsourcing more work to Asia and away from what I would like which is Black college students. Quite frankly, no one in the Black community want to step up and I strongly believe a lot of brothas and sistas thought I was some jokester and wanted to see me fail or quietly fall off. Cats weren’t supporting me and like I said, action speaks louder than words and you can look at Dream and Hustle articles for over the years and see for yourself that fact.

I don’t trust Black people to do what’s right for the future of our Black children and do what is best for them to participate in the global economy they will grow up in. And to be honest, I had to say f*ck the current generation of Black people who are keep acting like fools and decided I will do whatever I have to do for the future of our people. We owe the future generation that obligation and I personally will take the weight to make it happen. I will be damned knowing I grew up on the West Side of Chicago and forgot where I come from and what those kids have to do to get out of that situation like I had. That ain’t going to happen and I’m going to do for my people!

So if I have to outsource all the of the information gathering, all of the solutions implemented overseas and then apply knowledge to the brothas and sistas to improve themselves, then so be it. The real scary part is I’m seeing rapid progress with cats in Southeast Asia learning about Black Americans and our challenges and proposing solutions for our hoods and we are going to eclipse the Black organizations and Black media who ain’t done a damn thing worth remembering.

In Summary, We Are Disappointed and Cannot Rely on African-Americans to Help African-Americans.

I don’t want people asking anymore why President Obama isn’t doing anything for Black folks because even though I made jokes, I fully understand. Why haven’t the Black youth risen up against the BS Black leadership like the Arab Spring cats?! I’m supposed to respect you young cats when you got record unemployment and you are not standing up against these NAACP, Urban League and Al Sharpton clowns? I’m supposed to respect you docile Black youths over a kid your age over in the Middle East who is fighting and putting their life on the line to be a free people who can start businesses and do for self?

Don’t even question why Dr. Dre didn’t give Dillard any money and I wouldn’t give them any money either. Where is the homegrown innovation center? Where are the solutions to help establish Black businesses in the Black community among your HBCU graduates? Where is the town and gown element to force policy changes in the community to foster economic activity and attract talent to the community? Yeah, all of you HBCUs more concerned about students cutting their braids to be part of a MBA program and you wonder why no one gives two sh*ts about HBCUs or want to donate any money?

And with the 3rd Strategic Institute, we going to put it all up in Black America face and embarrass the living hell out of them. Black people want to bicker and get into pissing matches all of the time instead of help each other and run this Boule crap and even validate this Boule crap. Why even bother with you divisive cats when I can hire and recruit cats in Asia who will be 100% on mission to get the work done? You better take your Black ass to bed tonight knowing Ed Dunn is prepping up cats in Asia to know more and do more to help brothas and sistas here in America and I cannot wait, cannot wait to put my people from Asia out there to start discussing the issues and work they done over in Asia for Black America while your Black ass is sitting there pretending like you somebody special – I really can’t wait to put that all up in your faces.

Wow, this was probably the toughest of all of the topics requested and I decided to go ahead and just do it for the reader who asked me. I seriously was not going to write about this because I didn’t want to upset my corporate advertisers on Dream and Hustle and ruin our non-offensive assimilated image. Well, I decided anyway to go ahead and cover this topic because I think discuss Black strip clubs is a serious topic that is long overdue.

The reason why it is important for us in the Black community to talk about the strip club model is because no one talked about it on a serious level before. Because no one talk about strip clubs in our community on a serious level, then the business model will obviously have flaws, problems and inefficiencies. Then what happens is a poorly managed Black strip club can bring negative elements and ruin people lives and take down the community. So we are about to get serious here and have a real discussion on Black strip clubs and how to improve the model.

How Black Strip Clubs Are Setup

First of all, we need to separate the type of Black strip clubs out there. The first one and the one we are not going to talk about is “adult entertainment” and this is a whole another level. These are Black strip clubs where the women are entertaining and exotic looking doing everything from swinging on trapeze, eating fire, yoga stuff, swing on a pole using only her hair extensions and other kind of crazy stuff. Only a few places in the country get down like that and we are not talking that caliber in this article.

The majority of Black strip clubs are situated in extremely seedy areas filled with crime elements and opportunities to become a victim. The building is usually painted with an ugly unattractive color scheme and neon lights or some other tacky signage. You go inside and it smells like, well it kinda of smell like a bunch of butt naked Black women are walking around. Then you have a bar that look like something out of a 1970s malt liquor commercial, a bunch of seats scattered around, a few tables and then you got the centerpiece dance stage with a pole for the performer.

Some Black strip clubs serve fried food and strippers be asking you to buy them some chicken tenders and fries with a little bowl of coleslaw when you are there to get dances from them, not feed them. Then you notice none of the brothas sitting in the club want to give up any money to the dancers and the ugly strippers are walking around harassing you asking if you want a dance. Then you got a server coming around asking if you want some drinks like she want you to crash your Range Rover and get a DUI. Then you go take a piss and they got some guy in the bathroom selling you mints as if the stripper on the main floor cares if your breath stinks.

So overall at the Black strip club, you see cats at the bar buying drinks, the strippers acting like this is a nightclub hanging out and cliquing up and not making any money. Maybe one or two cats throwing money around and the truth is, these strippers are lying their ass off telling you they making real money stripping. The truth is, they are barely making any money because the Black strip club does not have a strong revenue model that encourage maximum revenue generation at all time. This is what I noticed when I did my field research with my reading glasses on and writing in my notepad at a strip club here in Atlanta.

The Current Issues with Black Strips Clubs

Parking Safety. The parking for strip clubs are dangerous or expensive and it is easy to be a victim in these areas. Many of you cats do not realize how easy it is to rob someone in plain sight where they can flash a gun and demand money and you cannot see anything. But you have to wonder if this even get reported to the police because the strip club don’t want that kind of news out there and some patrons will be ashamed to claim they been robbed visiting a strip club.

Ugly Exterior. I do not know for the life of me why a Black strip club has to look ugly on the outside or have the seedy appearance. Is there a city/county law saying strip clubs have to be ugly and seedy looking? This is a bigger problem when it comes to entertainment in the hood, your business exterior will attract the kind of people you project your business to be, which is the next issue.

Unsavory Characters. Black strip clubs tend to attract cats who look like they doing dirt or attract broke losers and old horny men. They tend to be disrespectful to the strippers dancing who are there to make money to pay their bills and do work and have to put up with that crap. In addition, real cats with money don’t want to hang about these kind of characters and end up going to the “gentlemen club” several miles away in the suburbs. Don’t buy the hype – these wannabee rappers and their stack of bills do not compare to the “gentlemen club” where one cats drop 5-figures on one Russian or African chick paying off her family immigration debts .

Trifling Ghetto Sistas. While the “gentlemen club” learned decades ago to import poor chicks from East Europe, Latin America and Philippines, Black strip clubs get Shaynay from around the way to shake her ghetto booty in the club. She is a loud-mouth, she like hanging with her broke friends she grew up with or went to school with instead of working the floor and she like to get into ghetto fights with other strippers all the time. She has no social skills to extract the maximum amount of money from a patron and just make a scene all the time.

Pay Per Song. I know this is the standard but this is probably the dumbest revenue model I heard of next to pay-per-use Laundromats. Again, a dancer only have a limited number of songs that night to dance for and let’s pray she make some tips. This is what you call a salary cap and the revenue potentials in a Black strip club is limited and they pray someone comes in and throw money around but that is rare, especially in this current economy.

No Partitions or Privacy. The VIP rooms are reserved for ultimate privacy but the truth is, who wants to be all in the open with a stripper grinding on him for everybody else to see? This discourage some cats from spending more money engaging with the stripper and this open seating design is probably another revenue inefficiency that need to be improved.

Trying to Be a Sports Bar or Pool Hall. Now this is the dumbest thing I ever seen in a Black strip club and why these type of strip clubs with swimming pools and all that other crap get shut down and go broke fast. If a patron is playing pool then that means he is not buying drinks or paying for dances – who thought of this crap? And let me not get started with those silly countertop video games and sports on the TV screen – this is distractions and will not make a patron spend money but make them spend less money!

Proposed Solutions for Black Strip Clubs

In order for African-Americans to improve our business, our hustles and grow our empires, we have to learn to look at success patterns worldwide and extract what works and apply it to what we are doing. To be honest, we are going to go right back to Japan and I recommend everybody involved in the Black strip club game watch the following video that is on Netflix called “The Great Happiness Space”:

This is an excellent documentary and one of my favorite documentaries because the main character breaks down the business and the technique he use to make him successful for the host club he operates. What I love the most about this documentary is they learned to move away from selling sex to selling happiness – that is what I think we should use as the platform for a better Black strip club model.

What I concluded is the Black strip club is based on a utility model where there is a pay-per-dance for the length of a song as a unit and there are tips for dancers on the pole. This is a limited revenue model and I suspect the profit margins are not even that great after all is said in done because of the utility model. In Japan for the host club, that business model is not based on utility and appear more profitable. The host club business model is based on providing an hourly service of just hostess entertainment and provide additional service and bottle service for multiple revenue streams.

What I recommend for a Black strip club is to drop most of the utility revenue model and consider using the service model like a host club out in Japan. The reason why is the whole lesson of the video I recommended – sell the strip club patrons an experience and do not let them see themselves as some kind of horny dude. Instead, provide the service of offering them a great experience and cater to that experience. Now here is my recommendations:

Transition Happy Hour to Hostess Hour. During the after-work hours from 4pm to 9pm, use the hostess model to accommodate the working class in transition from work to home. Maybe a married brotha want to sit down and talk to a fine stripper chick for an hour before going home and seeing his battle axe for a wife, eat some heated up stuff out the freezer, watch some TV and have lame sex before going to bed and start the routine over again. Provide 30-minute to hourly hang-out and talk with a stripper and if the stripper smart, she can turn him into a customer who keep coming around and provide bottle service.

Clean Up the Exterior Design. It is absolutely no reason whatsoever for a strip club to look all crazy like a cobbled-up oversize shack with neon lights and that is ridiculous! Use glass fronts with wall shields, use better lighting and make the place feel welcoming. A strip club do not need to be dark and seedy and but the lights can be dimmed enough to at least have some ambiance. This is a serious problem with Black strip clubs.

Enclose the Parking Lot. Make the parking lot safer by being attended with a tower structure and have fencing around. You will be surprised at the number of people who turn away from a Black strip club if they do not feel safe in the parking lot and this type of loss opportunity is not being measured. I believe once people see the parking lot is more serious, then they will be more likely to patronage the club.

Establish Partitions. Instead of having a bunch of chairs scattered about, create 3-sided partitions for people to have better privacy. This is not the same as a 4-sided VIP room as the 3-sided partition can face the main stage and allow patrons to have to see other cats in the club because that is not what they are there for. The privacy is also good for the strippers to have a conversation and perform dances without some broke hater on the other side staring down creating discomfort.

Remove Pay-Per-Song Revenue Model. This is probably the most ignorant and revenue-limiting aspect of the Black strip club. This is a very bad linear revenue model that focus on the start of a song and end of a song and that means only a limited number of songs are played for the night and the stripper have a max salary cap as a result. Instead, a stripper can use a stop watch/timer on her wrist that goes off when the time is up. So that means she can just do 4 minute intervals and when the timer goes off, he can decide to continue and she resets. The stripper can do this regardless if the song goes off or start playing and this allow more revenue generation instead of waiting on the next song to play.

Do You Really Need Music? Maybe I’m stupid or something but I don’t get it – why does a strip club need music? This ain’t Saturday Night Fever or an episode of You Think You Can Dance! See, these are the messed up rules cats do in their business and don’t think. Okay, music for the pole dancing but in reality, you can use ethereal music for that. But no offense, but the best dances are without any music and it seems like forever instead of a song that is a very long time. I’m just saying a dude ain’t there to dance and most thick chicks in the Black strip club can’t dance like a Zumba class but they may still be wanted by the brothas so the music thing – I would drop that aspect and focus on just grinding and winding.

Import Chicks Brothas Want. Who said brothas just want big booty ghetto chicks at the Black strip club? Why can’t we brothas get with Brazilian, Columbian, Asian, Dominican and African chicks who are now American citizens? I’m just saying is a club manager need to stop dictating what a patron want and start bringing in what a brotha want to see and deal with. This is a problem with businesses trying to focus on a “Black identity” instead of focusing on providing what the customer wants.

Target Women as Customers. Dudes be in the club broke and act like they want something for free. Most women will pay another sista who is dancing and sympathize with her plight. Remove the dirty dude element and make the club cater to women just as well as quality men. Try to get the ex-convicts and drug dealers out of the club as they are no good and they work on a cash basis anyway. At some point, you going to have to change the strip club operation to something other than cash in the next few years.

Implementing Technology

In the 21st century, personal privacy is a thing of the past thanks to connected technology. Black strip clubs still have the mentality they can be low-key and not implement technology. This is absolutely crazy due to the fact most people do not carry cash and the privacy thing – these strippers are posting up their own pics all over social networks and videos so they ain’t exactly anonymous. So Black strip clubs need to go their bar, drink their strongest whiskey straight up and realize they need to implement technology and use it to their advantage.

I would “gamify” the Black strip club experience to let a brotha order the kind of stripper chick he wants or he with his cats and they ordering their chicks via a tablet. It can be a $59 Android tablet that you give to patrons for $5 rental and will pay for itself after 20 uses. Cats can order the by the body type or the stage name or the “special talent” of the dancer. They can also check availability of the dancers and put on the waiting list for a dancer. This actually benefit dancers by being in demand and have constant work if they are in demand, not chat it up with other cats.

And think about it, with the tablet data a strip club manager can see what kind of chick is in demand by the patrons and the Black strip club can start recruiting the right strippers who are in demand and learn to boot out those who are not in the demand taking up space. But it puts the patrons in control which is what cats want to do in the 21st century.

So let’s talk about how we should go about creating our own media networks.

Let’s make something clear – media streaming will take over both terrestrial and satellite radio very quickly in terms of paid viewers and will take over advertising due to technology involved with streaming. When it comes to Black media, the current Black media companies are so focused on putting out negative media to a Black audience here in America, they will not last either when they have to compete against streaming media. And places like Africa and Latin America are wide open for opportunities with streaming media.

Prepare Your Innovation Lab

If you have not done so, please make sure in your crib that you have an innovation center to work on ideas and business models to build up your global empire. This innovation center is for you and you only to work on your hustles and make your dreams and thoughts a real prototype or concept.

For streaming media, you probably already have the technology you need which is a wireless router in your crib. In one setup, you can create a streaming server on an old computer using an internal 192.168.* address and you can setup a client on your mobile device or a computer or IPTV connected to that IP address to stream video and audio in your home. I’m not talking some “home network” crap, I’m talking about the same technology you will employ to stream media worldwide for your global media empire – don’t come about here talking about some DLNA ish.

In your innovation center, you are going to plot your global domination strategy, gather the tools and learn the techniques of streaming and how to enter markets around the world and grow the empire. So go setup your innovation center and let’s start plotting on how you going to get what’s yours in this world.

Plot Your Global Domination Strategy

Let’s discuss the business model of a streaming media company. The question is how are you going to get money and revenue from the operation? If you do IPTV, then you will probably have to use the monthly subscription model or a sponsored model. But if you are doing a house music radio station, then you can subsidize parties along with your radio station and use the streaming media as your own promotion for the concerts and parties that attract the millions. Let’s break down each option in detail:

Pay-per-View. This is where people will order access to streaming content. The content in question has to be high quality and in demand such as a sporting event or a concert or a movie that has not hit the DVD market yet. One way to make pay-per-view work is to have a point system where a customer pay for 1000 points and can buy access to a video or audio to watch for 80 points for example.

Monthly Subscription. This is where you charge a monthly fee and offer unlimited access to the service. You can offer on-demand streaming where a person select what they want to watch or listen to or you can offer a pre-selected playlist of media and they just listen. Most likely, people are going to want the on-demand option if they are making a monthly payment.

Loss Lead for Bigger Fish. Instead of charging any fees for your stream, you promote a style of music like Afrobeat/Naija throughout Africa and America and Asia and then you promote concerts, exhibit shows, contests and charge for these events. So it may cost $300K to run the streaming operation worldwide but you are making $17 million in concert sales all around the world promoting Afrobeat/Naija DJs and having a big “rave” party with 200,000 people showing up in Houston, Texas for example from all over the Africa Diaspora.

So don’t be linear in how you want to make money. You can have a streaming media that promote South African music artists all day long and you arrange a concert and promote it on your streaming media service and you make all your revenue from those concerts and events. Or you can original programming on an IPTV that is sponsored by local businesses like a barbershop or cupcake shop for a geolocation region – allowing thousands of business around the country “crowd-sponsor” an IPTV show.

You can do streaming of a playlist, you can do on-demand like YouTube and play an ad before the video starts, you can sponsor shows and events and showcase local areas – don’t try to follow some linear rules as you go worldwide, plan how you want to do your business model. Keep in mind that it may be best to stream for free in Malaysia and get 20,000 people showing up at a concert you put on there and that’s your money. Don’t limit how you want to make money and strategize on how you want to charge and don’t be afraid to change up if things don’t work.

Tools and Techniques for Streaming

Now that you understand there are different ways to monetize from the streaming media whether it is streaming video or streaming audio, you have to gather the tools and master techniques to manage streaming. Let’s talk about the elements and techniques.

Content Licensing. Without quality videos or audio to stream, you will have nothing but a dumb pipe. The first thing to figure out is how are you going to get media content to distribute on your streaming media channels? Black people better get it in their head to start organically in places like Nigeria, South Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia and build up there and come back to America with money, power and respect to make things happen here. I strongly recommend you go overseas first, build up in those markets. If you not willing to go global with your business empire, then you should not be reading this article or Dream and Hustle, real talk.

Cloud Services. Back in the days, you would have to set up your streaming servers and open source servers and stuff like that. But the truth is, you can use cloud streaming services to host your videos and music and everything is setup where you can just provide a playlist and accommodate both streaming and on-demand. The problem with cloud services is they can become expensive if you become popular fast so it is extremely important you beta test in your innovation center and have your hustle 100,000% tight upfront.

Content Distribution Networks. This is basically you setting up small hubs of media streaming servers that can work in different markets. People can access your streaming servers and the service if more reliable being in the local region. The problem here is you have to maintain hardware and hosting fees are expensive also and you are on the hook for those machines. I would back off this option as it is not the business nowadays.

Again, I want you cats to think out of the box here and again, don’t think it is one option or another. You can create a hybrid where a media streaming server in Singapore can download from the cloud media from your North America servers. Or better yet, you just license your media out to someone overseas where it is required you have to have someone local own the business.

So here is what I think – work with content distributors worldwide who can run their own servers. You send them the media encrypted with digital rights management where they can only play streams and offer on-demand. They are nothing but an affiliate, but you have sound drops or logo insertions that make it local to that market. All they are is nothing but a license affiliate of your global media empire and you have a partnership with them to distribute your music and you both work on setting up events and promoting artists in those markets.

Market Penetration Strategy

So how will you and your media streaming company enter the market in South Africa, Nigeria, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, Guyana, Brazil, Columbia and so on? You are going to have to understand hard-core techniques to build up a global empire that we discussed on Dream and Hustle and let’s talk about them.

Area Domination. This is a technique where you take one market/subculture and you basically infest that area with all of your marketing efforts. For example, you target very hard the Nigerian community in Chicago or South London with your Naijan streaming dance station and you sponsor events for the Nigerian community and do little events. Then everybody in that local area will spread the word to other parts of the Nigerian Diaspora and then you setup a market elsewhere and they will already know about you and you target the Nigerian community in Houston very hard and Washington DC and keep moving to markets around the world, one local area at a time.

Strong Branding. You have a strong logo that is global and a strong brand name that is global. You have to drop your logo in the media once in a while as you loading video or audio to stream and if you doing radio, have some famous people like local Djs doing drops for you as a song come on. What you want to do is make sure you have a strong brand that can go global and do not change up. Have the same name you have in Belgium the same name you have in Dubai.

Popular Channels. You are only as the good the channels you target. You want to make sure you can get on stuff like iTunes or other Internet radio directory list. You want to make sure your video streaming can get on set top streaming players and even on Xbox and PlayStation. Have your own streaming app for the mobile and tablets which can play the media and this should not be hard to create or get someone to create for you.

Growing the Empire

Look, there is a big world out there and the field is extremely wide open for you to enter new markets and get new money with new media solutions. Don’t get caught up all in America because look at our numbers – 35 million?! They got billions worldwide becoming urbanized in the 21st century homey!!!!

Many of you African-Americans are at the biggest advantage because you are the one that have access to equipment and services to create these media streaming services real quick, right now. It doesn’t take much to setup and you got plenty of books, web sites and forums and groups to get you up and running. What can easily happen is you setup a global media streaming company and do arrangement with people overseas to run your services and then they buy you out and you license to them and you sit back and get paid.

The mainstream media and Black media is not going to talk to you about streaming media to take over the world – come on now, you smarter than that. This is something you have to do and if you want to do it, you got to move on this right now and move fast.
