Don’t Let These Cats Confuse You About the JOBS Act! You Got Real Power Now..

The fact Dream and Hustle is among the few cats who recognize the awesomeness of the JOBS Act President Obama successfully got into law should let you know we are the among the few that gets it. It’s a lot of cats on the sideline trying to see how they can downplay or snarl at this historic JOBS Act without looking stupid in public. Bottom line is the JOBS Act is one of the most revolutionary laws this century that may create an economic boom bigger than the Clinton-era 1990s if we do what we supposed to do.

First of all, it’s a lot of people who hate an African-American US President and don’t want to give President Obama credit for anything. The biggest haters are the mainstream media and these business publications which is why you won’t read a lot about this JOBS Act in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, the evening news or Forbes and Bloomberg. Second and I already got another article on this, I want you to notice the absolute absence of organizations such as the NAACP, the Urban League and figureheads like Al Sharpton who always brag he attend White House signing ceremonies. We already got that angle covered.

In summary, this all boils down to elitist people who wanted to act as “gatekeepers” to who they like to see succeed and who they do not want to see successful. They want to write up fluff articles and praise people in their connected circle and at the same time, do not acknowledge regular and real cats like me and you and pretend nothing we do is worth talking about. This is how they want to hold on to power. But with the JOBS Act the power is now with the everyday people at large to determine who they want to see succeed by personally investing in ventures.

One of the biggest things you are hearing people trying to claim is that the JOBS Act is going to help scam a lot of people out of their investments. Okay, we had Bernie Madoff who was the head of Nasdaq scammed billions out of investors for years and these same critics were celebrating Mr. Madoff until he got caught up. During the Internet boom, we had all these so-called “Internet Stock Analysts” like Henry Blodget writing up these BS “buy and hold” reviews of dotcom startups that weren’t making any money and had no projections to make any money in the foreseeable future.

Then we had AIG with their derivatives trading that almost took down the entire G-8 global economy and free world. We talking trillions of dollars wiped off the face of the Earth! But these same clowns want to scare you about the JOBS Act and say people going to be scammed out of pitching in $5 to support a startup that can only raise at most $1 million dollars annually?

The status quo on Wall Street is scared as hell and these Venture Capital firms are scared as hell and even these racist tech media companies are scared as hell. They already know that Black people will spend millions to run out and support Red Tails that they will also crowdfund and support a Black tech startup or a Black manufacturing startup to raise a million dollars which is an easy effort among us to accomplish. They spent all these years not investing in our Black entrepreneurs and now they afraid that we are going to crowdfund the living shit out of Black business startups and I already pledge $10,000 out of my own pocket that we will.

All these racist gatekeepers spent years holding Black entrepreneurs back, not covering them in these racist business magazines and now they see we now have the power to invest in our people, they are literally scared of being exposed. You will see real Black entrepreneurs come out of this JOBS Act and real business ventures that create jobs and opportunities in our communities that these bigots been trying to stop us from getting ours.

Oh, there is one more scary clause and this is really what I want you to read – the only way you can do this crowdfunding stuff from what I read is only YOU ARE NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED WITH THE SEC! I had to type that in all caps because if you don’t realize, that effectively shut all these status quo “accredited” bigots out and now it is all open field for the rest of us to come in and do this and they can’t even come into the game, haha!

That’s why Dream and Hustle is on this like brown on rice and we are fully vested and committed to making sure our interests are represented. This is the door President Obama kicked in for us and now it’s time for us to start rolling up our sleeves, start laying down the framework to create a new class of Black entrepreneurs who can enable job creation and economic clusters to create empowered communities where we can do for us and most important, our future generation coming up to have something to look forward to.

President Obama opened the door, the real smart cats like us recognized it immediately and know exactly what to do and we going all in and ain’t no stopping us now.

  • I didn’t read your previous comments on it but let me ask you, is this what you have been wanting Barack to do with the economy jobs and our community? I need to go read up on it now as a matter of fact because I know you have been calling for a more definitive action from him in this respect. lol the nAACP just wants some more hand outs and you know that. Thats why they’re not out in the streets on the daily basis doing what they need to be doing to encourage economic development themselves.

Yes, this is exactly what the first African-American President supposed to do when they get into office. His job was to create the framework to enable those who can do something and let them run with it.

He has not done this before and this law is very aligned with everything I expect out of a politician and what we need done to be able to open more doors for entrepreneur, especially African-American entrepreneurs.
